It was a Monday morning at 7:30am I called to get someone to come out and look at our hot water heater that had quit. Tech was here by 9:00am to look at it saw we would have to special order parts to fix what was needed. We decided to replace unit with new one and he had to run get unit came back and was done with job by noon. Highy recommend them for service.

First off every person I had any form of contact with was friendly and professional. I was contacted the same day I inquired online to set up an appointment. The plumber was on time and honest. He found the root of the problem and fixed it quickly. What I originally thought was wrong would have been an expensive fix. He could have easily lied to get more money but was honest about the fix and charged accordingly. I will 100% use again and 100% recommended.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
