Kept after it till the job was done.I was so impressed I hired him to do some other things in my home his work is exceptionally good, fair price I would highly recommend him to anybody. I first used Ready Services a few years ago. They were prompt, provided a fair quote, and completed the work (run lines and install three home exterior lights). Great experience. Since then, I have tried to get more work done, only to call and be told someone will call you (in the main office) or have the technician tell me he will call me back. Days and weeks go by. I understand people are busy, but after getting the runaround I just stopped. This lack of professionalism was consistent enough to now overshadow my initial experience.

First time user of HARP. Garbage disposal leaking like a sieve. Appointment easily made and Cooper arrived precisely on time, diagnosed problem (terminal), went to Lowes to obtain new unit. He also obtained new bathroom faucet which I threw on him as an after thought. He removed and installed the new items very quickly without making a mess. Courteous and professional, I will not hesitate to use HARP again.
