Their service vehicle almost hit me on the highway, they were going 100 mph, cut me off, and brake checked me as I was passing another vehicle. Then proceeded to do the same thing to a truck right in front of me.

They no-showed, and didn’t even reach out. After 30 minutes past time they said they’d arrive I called for an update to be rescheduled. That happened 3 times. They didn’t reach out to at least give me a head’s up, and even copped an attitude on the phone when I asked for a real time that they would actually arrive.

Then the tech was rude to my girlfriend, as I was out of town the day they finally got around to doing the work. He then called me and said he’d be back to finish a fan cleaning. Of course he never showed.
Glad to be done with this company. Complete lack of professionalism and class.

The 50's vintage home was in need of a complete HVAC system overhaul. Multiple proposals were reviewed and we selected Custom. We found all of the people with whom we dealt at Custom, to be exceptional - from Chris, the System Design Consultant, to the Installation Technicians, Tim, Edwin and David. All of these individuals were clearly very professional, and a pleasure to work with, - leaving us with a high quality product expertly installed. A five star rating for sure !

FAST FORWARD to Summer of '22. We've used Custom ever since we moved to Broken Arrow two years ago. They've provided four heat and air system health checks during that period. Each tech was totally outstanding and thorough - not uncommon for them to be on site for 1 to
1-1/2 hours. I can't say enough how satisfied I am with Custom - my five star rating stands firm.

One Way Plumbing came out and installed my new garbage disposal with great courtesy, and professionalism. The amount charged was very appropriate for the task and I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

I would not recommend them. The phrase Nickel & Dime comes to mind when I think about our repair. We had an emergency and they were available for a same day repair (which is the only reason I gave them 1 star), but it was $ just to show up, $$ to take a look and evaluate, then after that repair, it is still not fixed. $1,000.00 later still not complete, but not completely dead either, they were going to have to order a part. After calling for quotes to complete the repair, we finished the job with another company for 1/3 of the cost that Harp was charging.
