When our water heater went out, Chris worked us into his schedule quickly and installed a new water heater on Saturday. The installation went well and we had hot water again after only a day and half from the initial failure.

The gentleman was very polite, timely, and professional and explained everything he was going to do. I appreciated him resolving the problem so quickly and thoroughly.

Tommy & Mike called and arrived at the scheduled time. For something I spent over an hour trying to fix ( extremely slow bath drain ) they had it fixed in less than thirty minutes. Some sort of trap that they were able to breeze right past. Great job and thanks a lot!

The plumber that was sent out got there on time and did a great job. He was very detailed and cleaned up after himself very well. My only complaint is that it seemed like he was pretty slow and the job that should have taken an hour and a half took two and a half hours and ended up costing me more than it should have. Besides the plumber being slow, I was satisfied with the results.

We've had them out almost every 3 months for the past year bc we have been having issues with 1 pipe these guys are amazing did a free job once around Christmas then we finally got the money up to do the scope but we also needed a clean out at the time too and they did the rooter for free and just charged us for the camera gave us a estimate to get it fixed it was very detailed and broken down everyone that's came out has been very professional patience and kind they are very trustworthy and we will continue to use them as long as we need to and recommend them to anyone with issues

The people at Absolute Air are fantastic. They have serviced our heating and air conditioning systems for 17 years. We wouldn't have anyone else. When we needed to replace our air conditioner during a hot spell, they installed a new one quickly. When someone comes to service our equipment, they are prompt and efficient.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
