Called TPE to provide pressure test to determine whether there was a slab leak under my house. J.R. arrived on time and ran the test which proved NO LEAK (yay!). He did find that the seals under my decades old toilets were bad and I decided to replace them entirely. J.R. returned a day later to replace two toilets and gave me a great price. When he was finished you could never have guessed a plumber has been there—everything was cleaned up beautifully. The work was fast, thorough, and high quality. Had these guys come out and do a check-up on my furnace today. They did a great job! Took time to answer all my questions, explain everything they were doing, even found an issue with how the drain was plumbed that would have caused me an issue down the road. Fast and easy plumbing

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
