They showed up during last winter's snow storm to replace our water heater. I couldn't believe they were working during the snow storm. Great guys. Great work.

The technician, Tom, arrived at 9:30 in the morning. Suited up in a clean professional uniform, clean, neat, professional, polite, friendly. Went right to work to diagnose the problem, explained different options for repair. We decided on a new unit since ours was 37 years old. Explained exactly what he would do, ordered the new unit and came back in a week and did exactly what he said he would do, at exactly the price he quoted!
They put down a towel to wipe their feet on to keep our floors clean, and immaculately cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. A+++!!!!!

They came late in the day even though they were busy. Came in, explained the problem, got it taken care of and made sure we were satisfied.

These gentlemen installed a 40 gallon water heater for me.

I had another well known plumbing company come out to unclog the drains in my house. They tried twice and could not get them unclogged. I had to pay them for coming out although they weren't able to help me I'm assuming that was for the labor that the plumber put in which is understandable but still disappointing.I then called Roto Rooter and they unclogged everything within 5 minutes. They have always given me great and have never left me with an unclogged drain. I should have called them first and will from now on.Thank you Brooke! You are an awesome plumber!!!

Fast and easy plumbing

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.
