Great experience..had a clogged drain and Chris took care of the issue promptly. He was professional and friendly. We are having him come back to replace our 13 year old hot water tank tomorrow.

We had a house fire this year. Our project manager used Acts Plumbing services for the repairs. Michael did our pluming for the kitchen, laundry room, outside faucet. We had him come out today to replace the master bathroom faucet. We will defiantly use them again when needed. Very professional, on time, informative, cleaned up the area when he was done. Thanks again for making our house a home.

The technician, Tom, arrived at 9:30 in the morning. Suited up in a clean professional uniform, clean, neat, professional, polite, friendly. Went right to work to diagnose the problem, explained different options for repair. We decided on a new unit since ours was 37 years old. Explained exactly what he would do, ordered the new unit and came back in a week and did exactly what he said he would do, at exactly the price he quoted!
They put down a towel to wipe their feet on to keep our floors clean, and immaculately cleaned up after themselves when the job was complete. A+++!!!!!

I can’t say enough good things about this company and it’s employees.

Had gurgling toilets that, after investigation, stemmed from both collapsed old pipe and severely clogged newer pipe. Called late on Wednesday with initial problem and they discovered and fixed all issues (including removing concrete, digging a trench, and replacing about 30 feet of pipe) by Friday afternoon with limited interruption in plumbing access.

Employee David (along with owner Mark) did amazing work, were easy to talk to, and are very good people to boot. Another employee Mike also did excellent work for us on a separate project earlier this year.

My AC unit stopped working Friday afternoon. By mid day on Saturday my house was 90 degrees inside. These guys got to my house that Saturday and fixed my problem in about an hour. My house is back to normal and I am so truly grateful they fixed the issue so quickly and professionally.

I thought that only did one thing but they did many not just cleaning out toilets.People are always surprised when I tell them all the things I have hired them to do for me. They have been great at working with me, telling me what they are doing before they run up a big bill. They are pretty much available in a very reasonable time. Highly recommend them!!!

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.
