I love that Roto-Rooter always texts me the name and picture of the technician before he/she arrives. This is a wonderful safety feature, and also gives me a reference to request the same tech in the future, if I so choose. We discovered RR after a previous red van owned by a senatorcompany botched up a water heater installation. Roto-Rooter quickly came and fixed the error, as well as gave us the weekday rate even though it was a weekend emergency call! They have since been out to fix gas leaks, repair water leaks and toilet issues, etc. Always great service, wonderful technicians and never needed a callback for a mistake. Save time, money and frustration- Roto-Rooter gets the job done right the first time for a great, fair price!

Great job done by Ryan. Was on time removed and replaced water heater in about 2.5 hours. Excellent service and great attitude. Very price competitive too. I highly recommend using spot on and will definitely use them in the future for any future needs.

After another plumber failed to show up, I called Alert Plumbing and they scheduled a service call first thing the next morning. Fair prices based on work that is completed competently. Already have plans to use them again.

I personally prefer to use locally owned businesses and shun the major companies to help out the local economy. The money stays in Tulsa. These guys are on my recall list for whenever I plumbing help and you should to.

Chad is really great about fitting our household needs into his busy schedule. His workers are competent and cordial. His pricing is fair. I will always call his company Chadwick Plumbing first when I am in need of plumbing services.

Dont use this company once they have e your money, they dont honor the work they have done.
