I called Sons of Service to check a pilot light situation I had. They were at my house very quickly. Immediately they noticed a potentially fatal issue with my hot water tank. The vent wasn’t attached and was dumping exhaust into the heater closet. They replaced my tank and repaired my water and gas line that was improperly installed. They fixed the vent and brought my system up to code. I highly recommend this business.

Had a clogged water line that supplied the Ice Maker. Essentially took 2 hours to tie in a pex water line with a couple 90 degree turns, a shutoff valve, and T that I should have just done myself because they charged me $370.00. Nice people that get the job done, but unreasonable on price, unorganized, and took way to long. Will not be using again.

We had a problem on a gas line test, Called Osage they were booked up , we live in a neighboring town , so they just couldn't stop by when close by , but took the time to explain our options ,and get us help with problem. I've used Big C twice for unrelated issues. Once for a pipe that froze and then when roots got in the sewer line. Both times they came out in freezing weather in a timely manner and fixed the problems in under an hour. They also gave me DIY suggestions for the roots to avoid having to call again.

They did a great job! I had a pipe that busted, called them and they were there in about 30 minutes. Price was very reasonable and they were friendly. I will definitely use them in the future. They do bathroom remodeling as well, which i also need done soon; and i plan on calling them up for the job.
