Definitely recommend Wooten! He came out when my rental house pipes froze and took care of my frozen pipes and drains not draining. It was well below freezing and he made sure they had everything working. Also he gave me different options on how to resolve the issue so we could communicate on the best way for the situation. Definitely call him for any plumbing issues or needs.

It’s terrible , one guy did plumbing for me yesterday, this morning get stuck again, I texted him, and called him, did not answer.

Absolute Air got us out of a huge bind! We were expecting around 30 people for New Year’s Eve but the morning of the party our heater went out! Absolute Air was able to come out right away, diagnose the problem, and replace a part to get the heater up and running long before any guests were expected to arrive! Absolute Air was extremely professional and knowledgeable! Without their expertise we would have had a lot of disappointed friends and family!

He arrived in a timely manner, very professional. Had to go up in the Loft to locate the leak. After he found the leak he showed me the material he was going to use and explain the procedure. I could not visually see the repair but he assured me that it was repaired. The work was done about 24 hours ago and I haven't seen any signs of leakage. I am very satisfied with his work and would recommend him to my family and friends.

My tub has a crack and I called to have it fixed. He said I needed a new tub and that it would take about 2 days to complete the job. I got the crack in my tub sealed as a temporary fix and he said he would call back next week to see when I was available. I never got a call back. I called and the lady answered and said he would call me back the next day. I waited a few days, still no call. So I called and she gave me attitude saying he didnt know when I was available. I told her if he would have called he would have known when I was available. All of this happened in the end of November. I was rescheduled for the second week of December. This appointment he supposedly forgot. I offered to call the other number and schedule an appointment but he assured me that he would show up and fix my tub. On the day we scheduled I called and he said we had forgotten. Now my tub won't be fixed until the beginning of the year.

Save yourself some time and energy and go with a plumbing company that is professional and cares enough to not waste your time.

Bottom line on top: FLAWLESS.

I loathe five-star reviews. I don't trust them and you shouldn't either. There just wasn't anything at all to criticise. We called for a leaky toilet (not the first time and unlikely to be the last), so I expect standard plumber action: Grumble, shake their head, up-sell like a madman and leave a mess. Constantine was FLAWLESS. Quick, efficient, and even friendly. He was out before your average plumber would have gotten to the this is gonna cost ya grumbling. He fixed the toilet, actually *showed me with dye* that it was fixed right, and was out before I knew it. All that and nice, too? Amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend Constantine and, by extension, AQUA.
