Tech Vincent informed me why the water heater could not be fixed (15 years old, a no longer made Whirlpool using no longer made parts) so we purchased a Bradford White new heater. He installed it the same day. Work was done neatly and quickly and I am pleased with the outcome. The cost was $1000 less than the cheapest quote from a previous company I had contacted.

They responded promptly to a Friday 2-10 Home Warranty claim and had me scheduled the same day for the next Monday. Joe & Oscar arrived on time, listened to us, diagnosed the problem and installed a new garbage disposal for us. Very professional in every way. They also explained how to keep the disposal working properly. Highly recommend them!!!
