Although I could not use there services for what I needed, I would highly recommend them. They are professional who explained everything from the start of the conversation on the phone, to the tech who came out to my house. Great company and good prices.

More great service from Rob - he cleaned out my drainage line quickly. Thanks!New AC system installed 2 years ago by Goettl. Works great. Just had my 6 month service done (Richard C.) who was fast, efficient, and figured out how to get my thermostat reconnected to my wifi. Very satisfied, 2 thumbs up.

At our a/c maintenance check on April 26th the tech did not check the condensation tray or air regulator as he did not go upstairs at all. He found an issue on the main unit but did not provide an estimate or explain the urgency. I called Friday April 29 to request the invoice and pictures we had not received and was told the tech would call me to answer my questions. I received the email invoice without pictures, and did not receive a call. I called Tuesday May 3rd and asked to speak to a manager. I was told he was busy and I would get a call back that day. I did not. I called back Thursday May 5th and asked for the manager again. I was told he was looking over my account and would call me back that day. He did not. I called Friday May 6th and got the after hours line, who sent a message to manager Mike who called (not the phone number I left) and left a message that he's very hard to get ahold of. I called him back within 20 minutes and left a voicemail, and he returned my call Monday May 9th. I explained my concerns and he said he would have a senior tech come do a recheck and he would call me back after reviewing my file. A scheduler called to set the appointment and I said I was expecting a call back from Mike. I was told he just left. I called his cell and said I still had questions. I explained that I don't feel we had received what we've paid for and it's been extremely inconvenient to try to get it resolved and mentioned how many times I've called, and asked how we would be compensated. His demeanor was very dismissive and he said he does not compensate for calls not returned. He asked if I wanted to cancel the whole service to which I replied no I would like the service I've paid for. I said I did not think we would renew our contract once it's up, and at that point he said he would review my file and call me back. As of May 17th I have still not received that call. I am extremely disappointed that it has taken this much effort simply to get a proper AC check and can't believe that requesting management calls would be handled this way. This is extremely poor customer service.

5 STARS ARE NOT ENOUGH!!I had some issues in my utility room, as my home is +65 yo and things happen with old pipes. (I'm 70 and I know!)MARCO NORIEGA came out and gave me several options to resolve the issue. He explained everything to me very clearly, told me what he'd be doing and did an absolutely tremendous job!His skills are very professional and he's also quite friendly and courteous. He left the job site spotless.Yesterday Marco was the face and voice of Rite Way. It says a lot about the company to have these kind technicians on your staff.Very satisfied with Rite Way for all my HVAC and Plumbing needs.
