We recently had to replace our heating and cooling system at our home and were told that if we paid the whole amount we would receive a 7% discount. When we made the decision to go forward with this replacement, it was not clearly stated that if you paid with a credit card you would not receive this discount and the person I spoke with said I only needed to pay half that day. If we had known that information we would have happily paid with a check for the whole amount. Upon speaking with the financial manager, we were not granted the 7%, but half that. We felt misinformed and were frustrated at having not received the full discount. 1 and a half months later the air conditioning was not working. Austin came out to assess the problem and realized that the installers had not connected the system components properly. He was fantastic, very professional and was able to fix the problem. He was sympathetic as we expressed our frustrations and disappointment with these series of unacceptable and avoidable events.

Rob did an excellent job in going thru to explain maintenance concerns with AC, and replaced filters, checked heating and truly appreciated his services and professionalism. Thank you Rob!

We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

Billy arrived right on time to unclog a toilet. I had tried myself using dish detergent and hot water but this blockage wasn't going anywhere without professional help. Billy used a rigid closet auger clear the pipe and all was well. He also fixed a part in the tank which was allowing water to leak out.Billy explained every step as he worked and it's obvious he really knows his job.This is my fifth experience with Cal's and and they've all been excellent.

David fixed the drain in my shower. Marco flushed the hot water tank and inspected the plumbing throughout the house. Marco and David were very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I use Professional Plumbing frequently, and called and asked for Rick without them knowing who I was. As I guessed, there is no Rick working there. Rick has never visited my property. My experience with Tony, the owner of Professional Plumbing Sewer & Drain has been very much different from what niceguy says happened to him. I always get quotes from Tony or another Professional Plumbing plumber that are higher then what I am actually charged in the end. They never come back at me with the typical now that we are this far into the project, it is going to be another $500 or what one may call the up-charge

Here is a personal experience with plumbers. I like to keep businesses honest, so I periodically check prices. I got a quote from Tony at Professional Plumbing, then got a quote that was $500 dollars less from another plumbing company. I went with the lesser of the two, and ended up paying about $625 more dollars then I was quoted. As I said, with Professional Plumbing, they may quote me a project for $500, but I usually end up paying less then what was quoted. They seem to be honest when giving quotes so there are no surprises in the end.

I recently had a gas line installed that I was quoted $1800 to install in three days. When they started digging, the area was like concrete, and it took them five days to do the install. Professional Plumbing never came back to me saying they needed more money for the additional equipment or labor that it took to complete the project. They honored the quote that was given to me from the start.
