I want to give a shout out to Anthony at Knight Owl Publishing! We have had quite a bit of rain recently and the leak was hard for me to detect but when you see puddles in AZ you have a problem. I called on Friday and Anthony came out that evening and gave me a quote and then said he would be able to come out on Sunday. On Saturday Anthony called asking if it would alright if he came over to fix that evening - heck “yes” was the answer. He fixed the leak and returned all back to normal and cleaned up the entire mess. Thank you Anthony your response to my situation was much appreciated!

They quoted me one price and billed me a higher price. I contacted them twice to address this issue and they never responded. They left a mess, didn’t even hose the path clean. They left dirt covering all the pavers. They dug a trench across my backyard because the person I discussed the connections with didn’t draw where the connected were to be placed. By digging across the backyard, they damaged the sprinkler supply line.

I would NEVER use this company, ever. Their employee, Michael, stood in our home and explained a problem with the shower valve. Then, when he got on the phone with our warranty company, stated to them there was no problem at all! They are liars and cheats. Don't use!!!!

Our company has had the need to utilize Cal's Plumbing on 5 different occasions over the last year to do pressure tests on gas lines that the city requires after service has not been in use for extended periods. Our company acquired two apartment complexes in February of 2021 of which over half of the units were not in use for a lengthy period of timeWe have had several very competent techs, but by far Dan Claussen is absolutely a very knowledgeable, efficient and thorough technician that has went above and beyond his duties to correct an oversight in order to expedite our gas service being restored. We will continue to use Cal's as needed and we appreciate the professionalism of your techs and the fact that you care enough to do the follow-up surveys to make sure our needs were not only met but exceeded. I used them a few times on a reference from a friend when I lived there due to a problematic place I was renting while attending school. They were very friendly and clean through out the service. Communicative and upfront when it came to the billing. Their repairs stayed in working order years afterwards, up until I finished my schooling and moved out. A recent incident made me wish these guys were out here as well.

I can’t speak highly enough about the workmanship that Fred had demonstrated when coming to do repairs for the water heater, sink and tub drain at my property. He was professional, knowledgeable, and humorous. I’d hire him again specifically for any future jobs!
