My water heater wasn't producing hot water after it had to be pulled out and put back in by another company because they were fixing a water leak. I called to schedule an appointment with the company and explained we had been without hot water for a While, they scheduled me for the next morning! Later that same night Jack Manning called me (7 pm) he stated that he was on call and was in my neighborhood and seen that I had an appointment the next morning and if we were home he would come right then instead of the next day, he came over, found the problem, fixed the problem, he was very nice and professional! Thank you so much Jack! Now we don't have to take a cold shower in the morning! Truly appreciate you!!!
