Dave is a great guy and very professional. We used him for some issues on a home we just purchased. I was completely impressed with the work and overall experience. Would highly recommend him for any of your plumbing needs.

The hot water pipe going to my sink snapped off at 5:30 in the morning and begin blowing water everywhere in my kitchen, turned off the main water to my home and began cleaning it up. I called Expert plumbing and explained what had happened and they agreed to send someone as soon as they could.

8:19 a.m and I received a call letting me know they were in the area and on their way, Dan arrived shortly after and immediately addressed the problem. He got to work and within an hour the problem was fixed and a new pipe was installed and water was restored. I'd recommend them to anyone I know who needs repairs or maintenance done!

I would NEVER use this company, ever. Their employee, Michael, stood in our home and explained a problem with the shower valve. Then, when he got on the phone with our warranty company, stated to them there was no problem at all! They are liars and cheats. Don't use!!!!

Dan C. was very pleasant to work with and completed the job quickly. He communicated every step of the process and was very professional. He came to service my house even after several other technicians called in sick. Cal's tried to reschedule me but Dan came anyway and did a perfect job. Give this man a raise!Cal's plumbing, on the other hand, seems a tad expensive and the people answering the phone leave something to be desired... What Cal's lacks in quality of phone operators they make up for with great technicians.

I found AJ to be honest, knowledgeable, and forthright. He allowed me to watch the video inspection and explained what I was seeing along the way. He educated me as to what my options are so I can make the best decision. I highly recommend him and Roto-Rooter.

Juan is fantastic. He responded within five minutes of my after hours request for service and was at my house first thing in the morning. He is very professional and has a team that can take of you from diagnosis to repair/replacement to water damage restoration. They also assist with filing warranty and insurance claims efficiently. I highly recommend!
