Our experience with Intelligent Design was excellent. We had one of our two A/C units stop working over the weekend and saw the great reviews for ID on Yelp and Google and decided to give them a call. Danny was the service tech who came out to our house (within an hour of us calling) and he diagnosed the problem quickly. He was very professional and courteous throughout the entire experience. He explained the problem and resolution clearly and went above and beyond to perform a complete inspection of the unit experiencing issues (and the furnace counterpart) and even inspected our secondary unit which was brand new and had been replaced a year prior (at no extra cost to us). He isolated another failing part within the same faulty unit that would have lead to more drastic issues in the near future. We decided to go with their 5 year maintenance plan which covered all repairs(parts/labor) that were performed that day. The price was reasonable and we were very impressed by the professional service provided.

We recently had service at our rental property. Angelo was very nice came on a Saturday within 2 hours of our call and got the clogged drain fixed in no time. He was true to his quote and gave us suggestions to help keep it clean. Will definitely use him again and refer him to friends

Angelo (owner) and Rick who did plumbing work at our home turned a very disappointing experience into an awesome ending. We recently had new countertops installed and the contractor we choose neglected to recommend a plumber look at our changes once old tops were removed but before new was installed, 🤬 needless to say, old plumbing would not work with the tops and farm style sink, our only option was to come into the house by removing exterior brinks to get to pipes and relocate.
