Brian came out yesterday to do the summer inspection of our air conditioner and mini splits. He called us 20 minutes before he arrived to give us a heads up. He was neatly dressed and very courteous. It was obvious that he is well trained as he carefully examined each component of our systems. Brian showed us that the condensor pump for the airconditioner was not working and he replaced that. He also found that the refrigerant was very low and added four more pounds which brought the cool air in the house down to the proper temperature. As I'm revewing the invoices I see that Cool Willy has a checklist for each unit-air conditioner, mini split, etc and the technician has to fill in the requested information as he does his inspection. We were so pleased with Cool Willy's Air & Plumbing and Brian in particular that we signed up for the Cool Willy's Club which gives you summer and fall inspections, 10% discount on repairs, priority scheduling and several other perks. Oh, and we will be requesting Brian to come and do our fall service.

Isaac was prompt about showing up, quite courteous in his manner and very professional at his work. He did the tasks we asked and went the extra efforts to take care of us.

Backyard faucet sprung a leak. Called my home warranty who sent over Taz Plumbing. Ben was so professional and pleasant. He quickly fixed my issue and is making an additional appointment to check the wall for any further damage. I was so pleased and thankful for the service late on Tuesday evening.

We filed a claim with our home warranty last night, and Leo showed up today at 11 am. We thought we had issues with our pipes, but turns out it was an easy fix in our toilet. Leo had it fixed in one hour and we are super thankful! Great company, quick to fix, and very professional!
