We called Right on Plumbing having found a water leak in our main line from the meter to the house.
They gave us a fair quote to replace the pipe on Friday and we hired them immediately.
Tina the boss came on Monday with her son and Dave, a giant machine to dig 80 of the 120ft from meter to home and a ton of tools...
These guys and gal worked extremely hard, even working in the dark with iPhone torches to get our water back on. This was a one day job that turned into a 1 and 1/2 day job.
Very diligent, professional and top-notch workmanship, very impressed and couldn’t ask for better.

Joe was great. We called a little after 8 on a Monday morning and he called back within 10 minutes. They were able to tell me what kind of toilet to by and he was at our house before 10 am and done before 11. So happy to have found a new plumber that I will call anytime I need plumbing services. Called the main office around 11:45 am to let them know that my main line was clogged up. I knew this as my water from the tub was backing up and confirmed it with the neighbor. The dispatcher said it was going to be $79. I let her know that I have roots in the line and to make sure I bring a cutter to go through the roots, she reassured me that the the tech has everything needed for the job.Dispatcher said that the Tech had 2 other jobs and would get to my house as soon as he can! I let her know that I would be in the house all day.Tech gets to my house around 1:30 pm to do the job. Pressures me into getting another service that wasn't needed and indicated that if I didn't get the additional service, there was nothing he could do? The upcharge was an additional $260! Keep in mind most plumbers are now closed on the weekends for something that is NEEDED!Needless to say I will NEVER use them again!!!! They take advantage of the current situation that is still going on... Stay far away!! Only reason I used them is because my normal plumbing company I use is closed on the weekend! Next time I may just rent a machine and let my neighbor help me out!

September 8, 2021: Technician Jason Mikesell completed the routine service for both our A.C. units - (as part of the Panda Care we have through Strongbuilt). He serviced the two outside units as well as the two blower units in the attic. Jason was just awesome to work with and really knows his stuff. He used his company iPad to take pictures and to share with me the numbers on the units regarding state of their health. Did a wonderful job! Many thanks to Jason ... and to Strongbuilt.Late August 2021: Technician Steven Bard fixed 1 of 2 A.C. Units in order to replace the coil and to install a 'hard start kit'. He was professional, knowledgeable, and just an all around great guy. He did an outstanding job. Much appreciation to Steven and to Strongbuilt.Michael D. was fantastic. He did an excellent job. He was very considerate to put on booties over his shoes, a run in front of our door, and a vacuum cleaner to clean up any mess. He performed our fall service on our HVAC System, both in the attic ... and double-checked the units outside. Very friendly and kind. Thanks again Michael! Keep up the awesome service!

I had a water main pipe burst under the driveway. Madero came out immediately, gave a very competitive estimate for a full replacement with PEX tubing and answered all of my questions. I had three other quotes, some were double the price Madero asked and would take almost a month to finish the project. I hired Madero, and after we had the underground utilities located, they came out early in the morning to get started, did the trenching, cut a section of driveway, laid 150ft of PEX tubing, installed new vales and put the landscaping back and had the water back on the same day. They were careful with all my desert landscaping, and put back everything so well you can hardly tell any work was done. Throughout the entire process, Ramiro was extremely communicative and helpful with any questions I had. I would have no hesitation recommending Madero Plumbing to anyone, 5 stars.

Water heater went out late Friday night. Called my warranty company first thing Saturday morning and Presidio had someone out by 2 pm. It was an easy fix, but technician Roy was courteous, professional and communicative about the process.
