Professional people and excellent service

Called them on a Sunday because my outdoor faucet would not shut off. Talked to Isaac and he would fit me in the next day. Was very pleased to receive a text that morning to find out what time would work for me. Professional, and now I’m able to turn my hose off. Will use for all my plumbing needs in the future.

Had a leaky toilet at my place. Relatively simple issue, but plumbing is one thing I don't like to mess with. Living in a condo complex, I don't want to risk water damage to others' homes as well as my own, and the building itself is old enough that there's only a single shutoff valve--meaning if I mess things up it could affect 7 other residences. I prefer the peace of mind of letting a professional handle this sort of thing.

I've used Code Blue before (previous residence) and was pleased with their service, so I called them again. Even though it wasn't an emergency situation, they had someone out not only same day, but several hours earlier than initially scheduled. The plumber they sent, Alex Fernandez, was able to quickly identify and fix the problem, and was happy to answer a few questions I had about plumbing matters in general.

I also think it worth mentioning that in both of my experiences with Code Blue so far, I've found their pricing to be very reasonable. Other plumbing companies I've dealt with in the more distant past have always seemed to charge exorbitant prices, but both times now I've been pleased with what I've ended up paying Code Blue. I will continue to use Code Blue in the future, and would unreservedly recommend them to others.

Foster Plumbing came to our house the same day we called for help. It wasn't even an emergency but the made time to consult about moving a gas line. The representative was friendly and helpful. They put together a quote quickly and efficiently. After I approved the work, they scheduled to come out and do the work in just a couple of days. There turn-around time was impressive. Do not do business with this company or Jorge he is dishonest and wants to charge for parts or labor he forgot to put in the final price of work being done not to mention he has no customer service or people skills either just plain rude after you confront him with the situation.
