I've used Valentine Plumbing twice for homes that I've sold, and in both cases they've exceeded my expectations. Their office staff is kind, professional, and make you feel like your business is a priority. Their technicians go above and beyond. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

Very friendly and efficient!

Brian came out yesterday to do the summer inspection of our air conditioner and mini splits. He called us 20 minutes before he arrived to give us a heads up. He was neatly dressed and very courteous. It was obvious that he is well trained as he carefully examined each component of our systems. Brian showed us that the condensor pump for the airconditioner was not working and he replaced that. He also found that the refrigerant was very low and added four more pounds which brought the cool air in the house down to the proper temperature. As I'm revewing the invoices I see that Cool Willy has a checklist for each unit-air conditioner, mini split, etc and the technician has to fill in the requested information as he does his inspection. We were so pleased with Cool Willy's Air & Plumbing and Brian in particular that we signed up for the Cool Willy's Club which gives you summer and fall inspections, 10% discount on repairs, priority scheduling and several other perks. Oh, and we will be requesting Brian to come and do our fall service.

Great, professional and honest service, I could not be happier. I called in the morning to have a pipe repaired that split/broke overnight. The plumber arrived before noon and got everything fixed in great shape. He gave me feedback and suggestions to avoid the problem going forward. Very reasonable fee. I will certainly call them first and use them again for all my plumbing needs. Thank you Day and Knight - really appreciate it.

I met Jordan at a networking event and thought having one company cover multiple major home systems was unique. They are often needed in conjunction, especially when buying or selling a home. Done Rite saved us time and hassle by providing a timely estimate for more than one repair without stacking up service calls and coordinating several appointments. Al Coronado plumbing is by far the best company I have ever use. There response time for an estimate was immediate. Andrew Coronado was able to quickly diagnose the problem and the cure and start right away. He offered me a fair price with a great warranty.The technition that did the work, Resendo, was courteous, friendly and extremely hard working. He hand dug over 4 feet deep through asphalt to remove the root infested tee and replace with a bi-latteral clean out system. The work was completed in one day. My sewer system now works like new. Plus, I feel this will be a great selling point for my home should I decide to move.The professional commercials on TV are an exact representation of the quality of service I received from Al Coronado Plumbing.I highly recommend Al Coronado Plumbing for all of your plumbing needs.

This father and son team is awesome! Was either early or right on time.answered any questions we had. If message was left, they called back quickly. Will use these two again and very highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Dunn. They are amazing, and very professional. They wore masks each and every time they came to do work. When we had an emergency, they came within 15 minutes. The guys are all really nice and do awesome work!

Be very careful with this company. I had contacted my home warranty company because of a clogged drain between my bathrooms that was preventing us from using our showers and toilets and they told me they would send their contractor out to perform the work and we would pay $65 when we were done.

The contractor sent a technician who responded when I answered the door by saying, Did you call? I need to collect the $65 before I do anything. That was a red flag to me as I just had another company out to unclog another, separate drain a week before and waited until the job was completely done before I paid the $65. I informed this technician and initially protested but dropped in when I stood my ground. He kept asking me the same questions over and over again, such as Is there a clean out?, which I told him four times not that I could find, and loudly complained when I told him the other guy had to clear the drain by going on the roof. He loudly complained about it and asked how he was able to even do it. I explained he took his equipment apart carried it up and put it back together. He asked to use my ladder (which was and is buried in the back of my garage) and when I told him no and asked why he couldn't use the ladder on top of his truck he said he just thought it would be easier to use mine. I told him no and he grumbled and retrieved his ladder.

Two hours later he ultimately failed to unblock the drain and told me that he would have to call his boss (the owner) to come over and they would charge me an additional $325. That price seemed really high and once his boss arrived I brought it up and his boss loudly complained about the liability of going on our roof, paying for two people, etc... and attempted to shame me by saying, So you don't want to me pay my employees? and threatened to leave. I told him to set up while I made a phone call, and called his competitor. Without telling them the situation I asked them for a price to perform the same service that same day and they told me they would do it for $209 since it was after hours (normally $189). The owner at this time came back in and said that he would do me a favor and knock the price down to $300. I told him I no longer needed his services and he could leave my property. His competitor (Drain Masters LLC) came, cleared the clog, and charge the $209 as promised.

Long story short, be very wary of these guys. The owner obviously thought he had me over a metaphorical barrel and could take advantage of my situation to rip me off. Unfortunately, they do seem to have the contract to perform a lot of these services for home warranty companies, but if you have a choice or if you exceed what the warranty covers do yourself a favor and find someone else.

Oscar and his partner were here on time and did a great job. They informed me with all they were going to do. Very professional and courteous.

Had an issue with a dripping toilet that turned into a bigger issue of actually needing to replace the whole toilet. Each time the technician came out they were on time, actually earlier than they said, they were extremely professional, friendly and the did the job in a quick and efficient manner. I was very pleased with this company and the technician who came out. I would highly recommend them.

Landlord contacted them to fix tub faucet. About 3 weeks later they finally called me we set an appointment. He came and didn’t have the part, said he would be back next day. No show and no call. Called them again to reset appointment. He fixed the handle but didn’t have the diverted needed for the faucet. Said he would be back “next week”. No show, no call. Called again, he said he would be out on Thursday. No call, no show an hour after appointment time. Called him again, said he would be out Friday. Called them Friday morning to get time frame, was to be between 1 and 3. By 4:45 I was calling him AGAIN, he said he would call me back in about 20 min. Right now it has been 30 min. And no call or sign of him. This guy has no respect for others time. This is not a major repair job, it only took him 10-15 min. To replace the part he did. Shouldn’t take more than that to replace the part I’m still waiting to be replaced.
