Best Sewer Line Repair in Tucson AZ

We had an emergency with a water heater in our house. Same day service obtained and Paul kept me informed when he was to arrive. Although I wasn't home for the initial consultation, he kept me informed, sent pictures and gave me options for the repair and set a bypass for the heater so we wouldn't loose more water. The next day, he replaced the water heater. Imperial Plumbing kept me informed at all times of my appointments and texted informing me when he was to arrive. Repair was great and extremely satisfied with the work Paul performed. I was very impressed with the care and professionalism of Paul. Outstanding Job!! I highly recommend Imperial Plumbing!

Just had all the old cast iron lines in my house rehabilitated by them and I am confident that the work was done right. Even had to excavate through the tile floor and slab inside the house to make sure the job was done right (the old pipe was really in bad shape). These guys do a great job. We've had them out to help with small leaks as well to replace our main water line. Donnie is so thorough with troubleshooting leaks and will help you figure out other random things about your plumbing. They clean up after themselves which is a bonus, too

As a renter we needed work on a faucet and needed the owners permission before working on the solution. Swanson was called, they came promptly and knew exactly what needed to be done. They took care of contacting the owner to get approval to do the work. We had to do nothing. They got the replacement needed and they were here Monday morning to install the new part. Mr. B is amazing... we have been having plumbing problems with our toilet for about a month now. We were dealing with another company for this problem. That other company could not fix the problem for us. Mr. B came right over and fixed the issue for us. I wish we would have just called him in the first place.
