Hot water heaters broke on a weekend. They were the only company out of 7 that answered me right away and kept me posted on when they could come that same day. They did excellent work had new hot water heater in by late afternoon.

They were amazing in every way. Explaining procedures and doing everything just right. Clean trucks with specialized equipment. Worked hard on hot muggy days. Communication was great. Just great company.

One of the most honest plumbers in town.. Save yourself the time of looking and just use them. We have worked with them for many many years. Dan and Donnie are awesome.

I have had 4 other plumbers try to diagnose a slow draining bathtub, and none of them could figure it out. Valentine Plumbing showed up, and had the problem fixed within 30 minutes and was extremely affordable. I will be using them from now on! Highly recommend!

Friday at noon we received a 300% increase in our water bill with no one using the home. I called, from outside the USA, two different plumbers that we had used previously over the years and was told that they could not come until the following week to even look for the leak, even being aware that I had lost more than 10,000 gallons of water with a leak in an unknown location. I called Curtis Plumbing and immediately felt relief when told that they could have someone come to our home for the emergency within the hour even though they were heavily booked. I will only use Curtis Plumbing in the future since they are not in it just for the money. They do care about the customer and offer excellent service.

As a renter we needed work on a faucet and needed the owners permission before working on the solution. Swanson was called, they came promptly and knew exactly what needed to be done. They took care of contacting the owner to get approval to do the work. We had to do nothing. They got the replacement needed and they were here Monday morning to install the new part.
