Naz has worked on the Bathroom upgrade and did a very good quality and professional job. He advised on the right materials to suit the bathroom and I am very happy with his work.

Today we had such an awesome experience with our Pipe Doctor technician! He was at my home within 30 mins of my call! He was so personable and friendly! Super fast faucet replacement! We will be canceling our Ben Franklin subscription and will be using Matt as our plumber from here on out! Telling all our friend about this service! Thanks again!

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Today was my first time using Drain Doctor. Jason was on time, and extremely thorough throughout the whole process. He wanted to make sure I knew exactly what he was doing, and suggested how to best proceed based on my needs. I hope to not have water trouble anytime soon.

Jacob from T&J Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my backup sump pump! He was on-time, professional, and honest about pricing and options. T&J were hired after one plumber admitted he was not qualified for the job and plumber number 2 (Roto-Rooter) flooded my basement. T&J were quick to respond to diagnose and provide an estimate and completed the work within 48 hours. I would highly recommend T&J for any of your plumbing needs! (Also, Roto-Rooter was twice as high for half the work that T&J did!) Your best bet is to hire small, local companies! Thank you, Jacob!

We have had Action do multiple repairs at our house. They are courteous,respectful and do wonderful work. They come on time and don’t leave until the job is done right. I would recommend them for any plumbing needs. Mike, Steve, Jake and Nick will take care of all your repairs.

We had this company to unclog a kitchen drain. We were told they would charge $100/hr and stay until clean. After 2 hours we were told they did not have a snake long enough for our drain and tried to charge for 3 hours of service. The man who owned the company was very rude to me. They told me they checked the trap but when I went out after they left the door was frozen shut, they never opened it. Probably fine for a quick fix, but don’t expect them to try very hard.

Where do I start with this company?? When I called in I spoke to the office Lady who was very polite and understanding. After explaining to her what was going on she told me she would get a tech out to me asap.

About an hour the techs showed up. Donnie and Hunter both where very hard working. Donnie explained the issue and gave me options. He didnt just throw a price at me and walk away. He took the time to explain everything in detail.

After agreeing to one of the options both Donnie and Hunter got to work. It took them a little over an hour but They cleaned up after themselves and kept me up to date on their progress.

I would def use this company again for any and all future plumbing needs. Thank you Donnie & Hunter and Thank you ASAP

Called to clean a 4 sewer in my single family, from the basement to the street. 1600 square foot home, just preventative as I get tree roots periodically. Guy arrived, I suggested that they scope it first with a camera and he said OK, that will be $497!! (probably a half hour job?) Then he said if we need to clean it, that would be $879!! (probably an hour?) I immediately said no, he was here for maybe 5-8 minutes, charged me the $99 and left. (And didn't give me the $25 new customer discount because that is only for services)

Now... I should have asked the specific prices when I was on the phone with the company the week prior, but they didn't offer the prices either. And I explained exactly what I needed. My fault and why I paid the $99 and didn't argue about it.

This is also a local company to me, same small town.
I had the same service done about 1.5 years prior and didn't cost a fifth what they are asking.
I am sure they will say that costs are high supply chain bla bla.
They charge this because they know people NEED this service when they have clogged systems and have no choice. I'm glad I had a choice. You can rent a 100' automatic sewer auger at Home Depot for $69.00 for four hours, $99.00 for the day... The camera is similar.

This is a very high overhead company, shiny trucks, fancy equipment that makes their life easier... and you pay for it. You don't even need to be licensed to clean a drain! You do not need all of this to get your services done. There are a lot of good companies out there that care about the customer and not their fleet of trucks.

Do your research! There are great companies out there that do great work that do not over charge you when you have your back up against the wall.

I was a plumber for years and we treated people like family. There is no way I could look at an elderly woman or a single mother with standing water in their basement in the eye and say no problem, we will clean your drain for $879 If you are looking to be treated fairly and like family... call someone else.

We needed our shower valve/handle assembly replaced, the original being 35 years old and clogged, in the shower in our bathroom. Everyone else said we needed to have an access panel installed on the wall to access and replace the valve. Fickwood said no, that they could repair right through the cutout for the handle, with no access panel. I wanted to watch, and Brandon said no problem, he was used to customers wanting to watch the process. Called Fickwood Thurs afternoon, came out Fri for estimate, estimate was reasonable, and Brandon did the job on the spot. They use Delta valves, said they are superior to Moen, less clogging over time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS. They do the more difficult arthroscopic surgery on your shower for the same price as folks who leave the scar of an access panel. Also cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

They're prompt, get you scheduled quick and get the problem taken care of!

Yearly maintenance service on our tankless water heater. Very professional and courteous. Arrived on time and completed work in a timely manner.

My wife called to obtain a quote on installing a pump on a point well and fix a leaking sink. Rob did not advise of a service fee to provide a quote on installing a pump for a point well or the sink. Post assessment stated it was be $110.00 and he could not find the leak and provided a quote of $6-800 for the pump install. When I called to inquire on the cost breakdown the quote adjusted to $924. I asked about the service charge and it being customary to inform of any fees in advance, as we were surprised with the $110.00 initial charge. When asked about the service, Rob became audibly angry over the phone and said he did not need to deal with this and I could find someone else. I asked to speak with the manager Mark who was standing near by and asked if it was appropriate for Rob to speak to a customer in such a manner. Mark had no issue with the response. I will not use nor recommend Howard to anyone in the area.

Dipsh*ts scheduled to do a install today at noon. just found out the re-scheduled the install and didn't even bother to call and tell us. On top of that we paid for this install going on 2 weeks. Will never use this company again.

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered! My appointment was for 9 AM; it's now 4 PM and he still hasn't arrived. He will not answer his phone and will not call me back. He was recommended by Angi which leads me to question the reliability of their recommendations!
I took off from work to be here and he never showed up and never called. This affected my professional life as well as my personal life. This is an insulting, disrespectful and shameful business. He should be ashamed of himself for treating a customer in this manner.
This is a company that should not be in business.
