I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

I was very pleased with my water heater installation. Rob was very professional and friendly. Answered all my inquisitive questions with a smile. I highly recommend this company in the future

Just want to say thank you to the manager Tim for making things right for us and to Zach for fixing our dishwasher properly and making sure I was happy with it. Overall they addressed my concerns and took good care of us in the end so therefore I'm still gonna give them 5 stars and please give those guys raises for actually caring about doing a great job.

I don't usually write reviews but advanced sewer and drain cleaning service has set the bar for the expectations of services rendered by similar companies. I will never use any other company again. I knew Dave as a young man that worked with his uncle to learn the trade and I had no idea that he had started his own drain cleaning service until today, I was so glad that I chose to call advanced sewer and drain take my word for it if there's a problem with your drain or sewer call Dave you will not be dissapointed. Also his helper Shawn was awesome very polite and worked very hard to assist Dave with the job.

Did a great job for us today. Would hire for any future projects. Highly recommend their services. Hard to find honest people to do good work for good price too. He cleaned up after the job was done. You would have thought the time and effort he put in, that he was working on his own home. Thanks so much for the great service !
