Best Shower Replacement in Toledo OH

Update to my earlier review regarding water heater installation. Josh and his entire organization went the extra mile in resolving the issues i had with the water heater installed in 2022. If your looking for professionalism and integrity in a company I highly recommend Ace Plumbing.

Naz remodeled my basement he did an excellent job I knew it was going to be nice because he takes his time and enjoy what he's doing it shows in his work I had know idea it was going to look like it did when he got finished I am VERY PLEASED I would highly recommend him to anyone

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Vic and his crew from ASAP recently replaced our main water and sewer lines from the house to the street. They worked quickly and efficiently on a cold snowy day to get the job done in one day so we wouldn't be without water or sewer overnight. We have used ASAP for years and have always been pleased with their work.

We needed our shower valve/handle assembly replaced, the original being 35 years old and clogged, in the shower in our bathroom. Everyone else said we needed to have an access panel installed on the wall to access and replace the valve. Fickwood said no, that they could repair right through the cutout for the handle, with no access panel. I wanted to watch, and Brandon said no problem, he was used to customers wanting to watch the process. Called Fickwood Thurs afternoon, came out Fri for estimate, estimate was reasonable, and Brandon did the job on the spot. They use Delta valves, said they are superior to Moen, less clogging over time. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE FOLKS. They do the more difficult arthroscopic surgery on your shower for the same price as folks who leave the scar of an access panel. Also cleaned up thoroughly before leaving.

Past jobs on rentals and my own residence, they've been amazing. When they couldn't do the job I needed they referred me to someone else. Even saved money with the second choice. I will always recommend Benjamin Franklin in the future

They were very knowledgeable and friendly, they came right out and went right to work getting our sewer pipe uncloged in a professional manner. We will definitely use them again.

OUTSTANDING work! I had sewer issues at my home the next morning the people from E & K were on site, found the problem Jason informed me of the game plan and the problem was fixed! I can not say enough about the professionalism and quality work they preformed.

Called Monday (12/7/2015) morning about main sewer line plugged / water backing up.. Had someone out in about 2 hours. Plumbers worked fast and got the job done.

This is the most unprofessional experience I have ever encountered! My appointment was for 9 AM; it's now 4 PM and he still hasn't arrived. He will not answer his phone and will not call me back. He was recommended by Angi which leads me to question the reliability of their recommendations!
I took off from work to be here and he never showed up and never called. This affected my professional life as well as my personal life. This is an insulting, disrespectful and shameful business. He should be ashamed of himself for treating a customer in this manner.
This is a company that should not be in business.
