I have used Pipe Doctor Several times in the past. I had a leak at one of my rental properties and gave them a call. They were quick to arrive and found the problem. Due to the scope of the work involved, they had to come back the next morning. ( called them at 4PM) They showed up the next morning bright and early with all of their equipment and got to work. The project took longer than they expected due to some unforeseen circumstances on my end. They are my go to plumbers. I can't recommend them enough.

I had an emergency backup of sewage in my basement on Saturday night. They were the only company open and willing to come out on short notice to clear out the blockage in my drain.

I had them out Sunday afternoon and they absolutely crushed it! They arrived on time and knocked it out with a level of professionalism their competitors just don’t possess. They ran me down the entire process, so that it was easy to understand, and they were in and out in less than an hour. Not to mention they didn’t make a huge mess, and they even cleaned up before they left!

Full service for a comparable price to other companies that don’t care nearly as much. From the phone call to the owner, to the two techs Christian and Roger that came out to perform the fix, a positive experience overall. Would highly recommend 10/10!

The manager Amber was awesome at helping us out with bringing somebody out to help us with our plumbing! She was very professional and courteous. Our needs were felt like they were put on her priority list at the top. Highly recommend their services for your plumbing needs. We had a couple small issues and she sorted them out very quickly. Ganzel Plumbing provides fantastic service at a reasonable price (for a plumber, we all know they are expensive). They worked with my schedule and even came back to make a few adjustments (some were my fault, some were theirs) prior to tiling the shower. We were super pleased with their response time, and quality of work.

I recommend them all the time to clients (real estate agent here) and they aways give him glowing reviews just for being an honest and fair plumber. Plus their knowledge of the trade cannot be beat.

We called on Friday afternoon and made an appointment. We were told that they would arrive between 12:00pm-4:00pm on Saturday. We accepted that appointment. We received a call at 8:00am on Saturday morning that stated that we could be moved up to 9:00am. We were told our driver would arrive in 45 minutes, but he never showed. We called an hour and a half later, he said, “I will be there in 17 minutes.” He never showed. I called once again and they informed us that our technicians van broke down and they do not know when they will arrive at our house. We understand that things come up with vehicles; it truly is the worst. The problem that we are having is that we were never once were given a heads up. We were never told that there were any issues. They have since told us that they will be here “some time today”.
Things happen and we understand, but I think we can all learn from this; we must communicate better.
The supervisor was notified and his comment was, “I thought you were made aware of the issues.”
There is a loop-hole somewhere in their lines of communication and maybe through this encounter, they can get it fixed so no one else ends up in this situation.

Jason was prompt, professional, and did an excellent job give that man a raise.

Fred did a great job in restoring our water pressure. I would definitely recommend Fickwood Plumbing.

Ott Plumbing does exceptional work! Very reasonable in cost also. They have completed several jobs for us over the past year. One of the jobs was to put in a backup sump pump, another job was providing another inlet for our in ground pool circulation, and they just completed fixing our washing machine shut-off valves. Very, very professional, excellent work, and very reasonable cost! Highly recommend!!

Mike placed an outside clean out for my home. He was fair priced and finished the job quickly. He blew his competitors out of the water with his same day install and jetting service. Life-saver and a great guy, would 100% recommend to friends and family in the Sylvania Area.
