Jag plumbing was very knowledgeable and worked quickly for a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend.

If you want things done right the first time, call these guys! Professional service with all the technology and equipment to diagnose and fix your problem in 1 visit. Would not waste my time with anyone else.

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

This company came to my house to fix a gas link and did nothing at all but just sit out side and eat lunch then came and told me it’s fixed the gas company told me it was even worse then before and asked me if they did anything at all because it did not look like it 10 out of 10 this company is a joke

I am writing this for a elderly customer. She was very happy with the service that she received from Action Sewer & Plumbing. The service guys were Steve & Ray & she said they went above & beyond to help her with her issues. They were respectful & nice. It is nice to know that there are companies & workers who still put customer service first.

Their work is exceptional. We've used their services on countless residential repairs and remodels. They're a family owned and operated business and they really take pride in what they do. I highly recommend Ganzel Plumbing.

Sewage backing up in the basement. Call Rooter right they told me Abby a few hours until they can come out. Macomb about three hours later and said they were on their way took care of the problem. Great response and great service.

My thermostat started failing and the new one I purchased was having issues. I called in the afternoon and they were able to send someone out the same day. Zach was friendly, knowledgeable, and had my issues fixed in under an hour. He even installed the new thermostat!

Thousand stars is not enough. Three plumbers refused the job. Leak detectors did not find the leak in my slab. These guys found, fixed, and cleaned up like nobody was there in a single day. I could write a three page review about how awesome they are, but you can just call them and find out for yourself. You will be totally satisfied by the results. Thanks Fickwood!!!!!!!!!!

Called Ott plumbing after unsuccessfully calling 6 other companies for my new sink and disposal installation. Ott sent Nick to my home and he was courteous, efficient and very thorough in his work. He was awesome in communicating all of my needs and several options. Clean up was immaculate as well. I will be using Ott plumbing for any future plumbing issue. Thank you Ott Plumbing!!
