I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

They came out 4 days after being called for an outdoor spicket replacement. My non-plumber dad knew this was a 2 man job. Came out, only gave an estimate,left our front door open, then said we would have to wait 1 week for them to have a 2 man crew. Mind you, we have 2 small children in the household and have our water turned OFF due to the extreme leak.

They returned a week later, said we needed to call the city to turn off water. We already had the water to that spicket turned off. Had to wait 2-3 MORE weeks, still with NO WATER.

They fixed the spicket, left pipe in the yard for us to dispose of.

The only good thing from my experience was the price. Otherwise, I feel like everything else could have been handled much better. No reason we went nearly a month with no water due to an extreme leak from an outdoor spicket.

We use Root Wrestler for all of our plumbing needs. There is no better person to call! Mike stands behind his work, is hard working and very honest. You cannot go wrong!

Fred was probably the most nicest guy as soon as he stepped in the door. He was precise and knew what the problem was right out the gate. I HIGHLY recommend this company and I definitely would use this company again🥳🥳
