I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

Jacob from T&J Plumbing did an OUTSTANDING job replacing my backup sump pump! He was on-time, professional, and honest about pricing and options. T&J were hired after one plumber admitted he was not qualified for the job and plumber number 2 (Roto-Rooter) flooded my basement. T&J were quick to respond to diagnose and provide an estimate and completed the work within 48 hours. I would highly recommend T&J for any of your plumbing needs! (Also, Roto-Rooter was twice as high for half the work that T&J did!) Your best bet is to hire small, local companies! Thank you, Jacob!

Brian was extremely professional and friendly, and he had a beautiful energy about him. You don't see many people who really love what they do these days, but Brian really cares about the quality of his work. Anything I didn't understand he made sure he had a lot of patience in explaining. He also cleaned up the space he worked in, HUGE PLUS TO ME. I had a plumbing issue to where my basement sink was filling up with water and food particles as well as when I ran my washing machine the water was splashing out of the PVC pipe and into the floor. I called them today around 8am and they were here by 10am. They fixed the issues within 20 mins and Jacob took the time to explain things to me and what I could do to help maintain healthier drains. Very kind, knowledgeable, and professional! I would recommend this company to anybody! Very reasonable prices too I had to pay $60 less than what I was quoted over the phone! Parked right in front of my driveway pretty much impossible to get out, also blocked my neighbor across the streets drive way, while the whole time no one is around there truck is running.

I don't usually write reviews but because I also rely on them when I am looking for a reliable and dependable company, I felt the need to share our experience with Drain Master--hands down, AMAZING! We just moved and are new to the area and needed our garbage disposal fixed and had some other projects - Bill got us scheduled right away and Andrew was lightning quick! Not only on time, but early (called me ahead of time to see if I wanted him to come earlier which was VERY nice!) fixed the disposal and our washer in record time- the price was also very reasonable. We will be using them again in the future and recommend them without question.

Fails to show up and fix the issue he created, installed a faulty tankless water heater, now I have no hot water and my basement leaks. THANKS GUY. More legal is coming soon, don't worry

Still waiting on him to return and put the access panel on and show me where the shut off valves are that I paid him to install, this is now 3 days that I have been told he would be here no show!!!!!! Wasted another day September 21 called him said he would be here after his meeting yesterday morning called around 230 he got very upset,I said I didn't want to waste another day waiting and not have him show for the fourth time, he stated he was still in a meeting and I was very annoying we will be going to court update, hired Downey plumbing they came out, informed me that there weren't any shutoff valves installed , Rob stated he did put them in I will be requesting a full refund
