Naz worked on my basement finishing project. He exceeded my expectations.

Naz knows what he does, and he passed city inspection in first round.
Vision:
Naz has good vision, and he explains me it sounded like something average. But once the work is done, it’s like a surprise to me. He completes job with perfection and now I am used to it. I see lot of imperfections in my friends houses 😊.
Cost vs Quality:
Naz purchases good quality material, Not customized high priced once. But one with best reviews and good materials. He installed ceiling tiles and it made my basement as soundproof.
Cleanliness:
Naz is very clean person in job, He cleans up every day, You will notice it in Day 1. I had few plumbing jobs done in the past where I must clean the house after it for hours. But with Naz he covers the area and completes job.
One man No hassle:
I am lucky to have Naz doing everything in my basement, though there is separate entrance he comes and completes his work. I trust him 100%. It’s easy as one person handled everything and there is no blame game by electric, plumbing and structure
Material:
Naz never compromises on quality on material, He checks price vs quality and suggests materials. I am happy with the materials he selected for my basement.
Additional Work:
While working on my basement, He is always willing to help me for any additional fixes I had in my house. He suggests good material and completes job with perfection.
Quality:
Framing: After Naz build framing, he challenged me to pull it and break it. Its pretty strong.
Painting: His paint work is exceptional – He checks minor faults which can be visible by glasses and fixes it. He just paints like we paint for own home.
Bathroom: No words to describe it – Amazing work, you can see in pictures and video.
Bar Area: He build solid bar and came with innovative idea of transparent area to view bottles and glasses with LED.
Entertainment room: Naz installed 7.1 sound system without a wire seen around. He mounted 87-inch TV, installed fireplace under it. Exceptional work. Its piece of perfection.

I did lot of shopping in Toledo to find right person at best price and quality, Naz exceed my expectations and completed work with in my budget and quality you can see in pictures.

Replaced sump pump. Did an excellent job! Highly recommend!

Had appt at 9am on a Friday to install shower valve and diverter. Was contacted and pushed back to 12:00pm because a bigger job came in. Was then called around noon to let me know the tech was still busy and would not be out till 3pm. Finally showed up at 3:30 and took 45 min to spec out the job to give me a price and still could not figure it out. Then he tells me he will not be able to get to my job today. I specifically informed the call taker I needed this installed that day or they could cancel and I would contact someone else. She said they would get it taken care of. I am livid at this point and tell the tech he can leave, I will hire someone else. They bill me $39.00 service fee (which I was aware of) even though they pushed the little guy off for a bigger job, then don’t show up when promised. Does not know how to price out a job, then basically says my day is over, sorry about your luck. Horrible customer service. I will not be using or referring this company anytime in the future. You would think they would waive the fee Because they pushed me off all day and wasted my time.

I am extremely satisfied with the service, I had done at my house by Rooter Man. I called early this morning around 8:00 a.m. and with no hesitation they came right out at 9:00 a.m. Rooter Man is such a great company!! Christian and Joel Sr. was very knowledgeable about the service that we had done. Christian was very professional, worked quickly and cleaned up very good at the end. The owner Joel Sr. was very helpful and worked with me every step of the way. I would highly recommend this company.

Such a great experience, John was here within 45 minutes. He was professional, honest and very helpful. I highly recommend these guys, they were wonderful!

First, I had the gas line that needed to be installed. He’s so quickies in and out no wonder it’s not right… The gas company was here they red flagged, my gas line and stove. He will not repaired or fix it. He said he did not do the job I sent him over both checks canceled. He cashed them one for 375 for the gas line and one for 350 for changing out to on off valves . I know I got ripped off but I needed it done. And now that gas line is gonna cost me over 300 again because I have to be taken out replaced properly and put in. I’m going to file with the Better Business Bureau and I’m going to file with a small claims for my $375 back.

What a joke of a business

Go anywhere else they charged $1500 for 3 hours work. $500 an hour?
unreal. Don't let them rip you off. Do not trust them.
