Best Any Plumbing Service in Toledo OH

I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

6/22/2020: Larry is personable and very knowledgeable. He fully explains the issue at hand and answers questions with understandable response. We feel very comfortable with him in our home.

7/2/2920: Larry was prompt, cordial and very professional. When he completed the installation, he explained what he did and how the backup sump pump functioned. He answered all my questions. When he left, the area were he worked was clean and tidy. I have the utmost confidence that the job was done to perfection. Thank you Larry.

Having issues with my point well. He came out and got me going again in no time. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! Our water hasn’t been this consistent in over a year!

Had a main line back up that I couldn't get. Called several other places an either they couldn't come out until the next day or wanted $250 to snake the main. Any Drain Unplugged cane out in less than an hour and charged less than half the price of the other guys. I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing needs.

They were very knowledgeable and friendly, they came right out and went right to work getting our sewer pipe uncloged in a professional manner. We will definitely use them again.

Was quoted 1 price for drain cleaning at my Mother's house. They showed up, did the work and we're driving back down the road in less than 30 minutes. Claimed that the reason for the extra charge was because of heavy sludge (what do you expect? It's a sewer drain). Proceeded to charge an extra $50 charge on top of the $175. Called to discuss the price, and all the tech said was we charge by the job.

They did the work, and the drain is running again, but they did the old bait and switch on my Mother. BEWARE OF THERE GUYS!

For the record, I do service work in Cincinnati area, and I am aware of how (honest) companies do their pricing.

The company repaired my main shut off valve and a pipe. The next day it still was leaking he told us 2 days in a row he would come back out but never showed and now won't answer or return are calls. They over a warranty and won't come back out. Highly don't recommend them. Took my money which I think I was over charged and won't come and fix a simple mistake.
