I called this company after hours for a drain issue, and told him that though it was draining at the time of my call, I would have him snake it anyway. He was extremely polite and said he would send someone out for a few of 125.00. I was delighted! He sent a tech out who looked at the drain and ran water through the drain and said it seemed to be working and it was up to me, at which time I said “since you’re going to charge me either way, go ahead and do it”. The tech said “no, I won’t charge you”. So since he said he didn’t think it was needed, and it was no charge, I said ok don’t worry about it. I then went in to ask about other services and said I would call to get an estimate on those jobs the next day. He was exceptionally kind.
Ten minutes later, I got a text from the owner lecturing me on how I said I would have it fixed regardless of whether it was draining or not. And because he sent a tech lot, I owed 96.00. I explained to him that his service tech said no charge. And had I known I was going to pay 96.00 for nothing, I would have rather had him auger it for the 125.00. He then responded that he thought I would have communicated HIS conversation with me to the tech and that there was “blame” on both sides. Blame??? I didn’t shirk the bill. I even said “you’re going to charge me for coming out so go ahead and do it”. But now I am the bad guy because his tech walked away without billing. Sure, I will pay for the call, but his tech made the wrong call - he shouldn’t have said no charge only to have me pay 96.00 for absolutely nothing after the fact. And the fact that the owner would come back to me and say I was partially to “blame” is absolutely pathetic.

I’ve used Drain Doctor several times. Each time if felt the quote was fair. They come out quickly and work with your schedule. I even needed a plumber on Christmas Eve and they were there quickly and didn’t charge extra for their service. Today I needed my main valves replaced and brought up to code. Once the water was turned back in and they were checking the water from the faucets, and issue with the bathroom sink was found and it was fixed with no extra charge. He even went to the hardware store and bought a replacement faucet! He was patient and helpful. I will definitely use them again and refer friends and family to use them

Was able to make an appointment within a day of discovering sewage coming out of the basement drain. Showed up on time. Doug was super professional and did a great job.

JAG Plumbing has basically fixed everything in our house at this point and I wouldn't trust any other plumbing business to do so. Their work is exceptional, priced reasonably, and they are true professionals. Highly recommend.

Great experience with asap. The 2 guys that came were very professional and efficient. I would not hesitate to call asap again. Only downfall was the coupon on the website can't be used unless it's printed, which I wish I would have known before hand and I could have printed it.

Had a clogged tub and requested Rooter Right to “snake” the tub drain 4/7/23.They attempted to snake tub overflow and sink access, but due to pipe run having too many turns; the “snake” was not able to get to the clogged area. The plumber pretty much said that they would need to rip my ceiling out and replace pipes. They charged me $139 for a 15 minute poor attempt to fix the issue. The plumber told me they would call me to discuss options, but no one ever called me. Reached out to another company and the came out and told me that going through overflow of tub and sink would be a waste of time. The other company went to rear access area and “snaked” it and was able to unclog the tub. It took them about 45 minutes and they charged me less than Rooter Right who did not fix anything or make a real effort to fix the issue. Called Rooter Right and explained what was learned and they got nasty with me and pretty much said they would call me back because they are not sure why their tech did not try the rear access area. No call back. I called back again and was told that their tech did everything correctly. Terrible plumbing company and would not recommend them to my worst enemy.

We have had these guys come out on 3 different occasions this year. One because our thermostat broke, once because our AC needed recharged and cleaned and one being an emergency call because our furnace went out on a weekend. These guys are just simply amazing. They are always super friendly, very professional and go the extra mile to make sure the job is done correctly the first time. On top of that they are never late! They always make their window or if a job gets done earlier they will call to see if they can come earlier. I simply cannot say anything negative about them.

On a Friday a technician came out to assess the job and get us a quote. He said we would have the quote Sunday or Monday. On Wednesday I called since I had not heard yet, and was told I would hear something soon as the tech was busy. I called again Friday as I still had not heard and was told I would be emailed the quote instead. On Monday I finally received a rather high quote. Wednesday I had a different company come out and had a quote before the tech left for half the price. Overall waste of time.
