The technician did not put tape on to stop the critters from going underneath my house. He didn’t check the Freon in the system. To see if it needed more or not. $1200 for a fan motor installed is a little ridiculous.

Would HIGHLY recommend Larson plumbing. Replaced a kitchen sink and Reverse Osmosis system and new faucets needed to be installed. Louis and Alberto came and I was highly impressed with every aspect of their work. It started with how polite they were when they arrived. They asked questions and explained every bit of the process, and always asked to make sure what they were doing wasn’t inconvenient (loud, smelly, no water, etc). They had a wonderful attention to detail, making sure everything was perfect, no leaks, and that everything worked before leaving. They cleaned up and left it better than when they arrived. Lastly, and most impressively, they asked if I was happy, if I had any concerns, and they showed me how to turn off the system if need be. Never felt rushed, they took the time to do a quality job. They were absolutely wonderful.
