Subpar work when hooking the sink under my bathroom vanity faucet. Also they don’t seem to follow up with you when they need parts. Apparently that coordination is your responsibility as the customer.

Excellent!! Can't say enough about Mitchell and Chris. Just moving to the area last week, I was in a bind with our new washer not working due to a bad cold water hook up. They fit us in same day and kept me advised via Text and phone calls every step of the way. Frank and his partner showed up at the exact time and were very professional, courteous and kind. We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night on a Friday, and after calling nearly 20 other plumbers, I found Drain Flo. One phone call was all it took at nearly 1:30am for Dwayne came to our house. When he got here, he immediately went to work diagnosing the issue and working out a fix.

The fix he proposed wasn’t an easy one. It required him to be uncomfortable and work in a tightly-cramped area (how our house was constructed made the repair nearly inaccessible).

Instead of going with an expensive fix that required the removal and reinstallation of our water heater, Dwayne chose a repair that was less expensive and more physically demanding on him in order to help stay within my family’s budget.

That’s the kind of man he is. Dwayne didn’t have to work out a creative and cost-effective solution for our family, but he did it because he’s a good man and runs his business in the most honest way you might imagine.

I cannot speak highly enough of his service, demeanor, professionalism, work quality, and- most importantly for me- his moral compass.

Dwayne has found himself a new customer and an evangelist for his business. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

Teck was here less than ha l f an hour and charged $185.00 and he did not do anything. He Said t h e dishwasher leak is a appliance problem not a plumbing problem T h e office had told me it was $165 per hour.i should get a refund. Water was leaking from .my Dushwasher.Thank you.

I highly recommend Amoedo’s Plumbing. They explained what they were doing at every step and often discussed with me why they were doing something and showed me.
