John is incredibly professional and skilled in his trade. He quickly and accurately diagnosed our plumbing issues and got us fixed up in no time. I would absolutely recommend John and attest to the quality of his work.

Anton was very responsive early in morning and was at my house within 45 minutes. He was very nice, courteous and trustworthy. We needed a new water heater, after agreeing on the cost (which I believe to be a fair price) he left to get a new unit ( a good name brand). He returned within the hour and installation was about an hour. I’m very happy with the job done and will definitely will use Tony’s Plumbing Solutions for any projects / repairs needed in the future.

Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

New water heater installed on 01-09-2023 and seven days later the water heater is working great with no leaking. Brandon's and David's professionalism was outstanding.

I have used Llona Plumbing a couple times now and I have found them to offer exceptional service at a very fair price. First of all they have always answered the phone right away and followed up quickly on appointments, status of arrival etc...The plumbers that came out were very nice and trustworthy. Most recently they had to shut off the water to the entire condo building to replace my valves which was somewhat tricky to manage but they were able to coordinate everything with the condo association. I highly recommend this company.

Originally gave me an appointment for Tuesday, March 2 from 1:00pm-2:00pm. Then, I got a call saying the technician was going to be late because he was tied up. So they moved the appointment to 2:00pm-4:00pm. At 4:00pm no word and no technician. I called the office and couldn't find anyone to speak with. Called about 5 times before I finally found someone, then I was placed on hold and I got hung-up on. I kept calling and I finally found someone and was told the technician would come between 4:00pm-5:00pm. It was a frustrating experience and poor customer service.

I had a problem with the shower faucets and another plumber from a different company said He had to break the wall to fix it, so I declined. I called Phillip the clean plumbers and a pleasant young guy came checked it and told me he could fix without breaking the wall. He fixed it in a timely manner and it cost less that I expected. Thank you very much! You guys are awesome! I will recommend it for honesty, accuracy and very good customer service.

I discovered on a Friday night at 8:30 p.m., I had a pipe gushing water. I decided it was to late to call anyone so my neighbor shut the water down at the street. He suggested I call Olin Plumbing, which I did first thing Saturday morning. They were wonderful, scheduling Bob to come out and see what was going on. Bob was at my home in no time, pleasant, concerned. Explaining exactly what my problem was and what he needed to do to fix it. Within a short time he had it up and running and even installed a shut off valve I can actually get to. It's Easter weekend and they didn't even charge an emergency fee. I can tell you I will never use another plumber other then Olin Plumbing. And suggest them to anyone who wants an Honest, Reliable, Respectful and Reasonably priced company to deal with. And an extra Thank You to Bob for saving the weekend. What an exemplary employee!

We were in the process of moving and our hot water heater they installed wasn’t making hot water. Of course it was a weekend! Jared came over the same day and got it working again. I would highly recommend Jared and Flow Pros Plumbing. He’s professional, does a great job and very pleasant.
