We have used Larson plumbing twice in 6 weekends for two different issues. Both times they were prompt, responsive and did excellent work. Very professional company and gave me quotes on a large job before starting, causing me to change my approach to solve our plumbing issue. Would highly recommend! Roy is the best service guy! Very professional. I had a stoppage in the kitchen sink and took me a while to find a reliable plumber on the internet. I looked up a few places and noticed that Llona Plumbing had several GOOD reviews for which I decided to call them. They definitively lived up to my expectations. It took 1 minute for the plumber to figure out what was wrong with my sink: it wasnt a stoppage in the pipes but a problem with the garbage disposal which had accumulated oxide in it. It probably took him 30 minutes to fix the problem and he cleaned after his work. Some things I say on this review may sound obvious and expected from a plumber, but you would be surprised what bad reviews from other companies say. This is the first home my wife and I bought. We like our Tampa Heights community and certainly are thankful for professional people like Llona Plumbing who make our first-time homeowners experience a little less stressful. Definitively recommended

I was given a quote and it was to cover the entire shower fixture and tub drain. At the last minute they raised the price.
Later, I discussed the discrepancy in the price
they charged. They credited me $250.00.

Just over a year later, I reached out to them for a repair. The shower pipe is leaking onto the ceiling of my downstairs neighbors ceiling in his master bath. I paid $1,800.00 for the service.
Rick said, “ I will not come out to repair any
thing ….. find a different Plummer.”

In my opinion, this Plummer gave me a bid (last year) that his employee communicated, (covered the new tub drain fixture), then the owner said “it will be an additional $250.00”, bait and switch). If called upon, he may refuse to work with you in the future. He is not good for repeat business… just very stubborn, holds contempt and lacks good business acumen.

I made a review and called them back with in 1-2 days of the work being done. He told me he would credit my account as it was a communication error between he and his staff. He then asked me to deleat the review. I can’t say that I had a perfect experience with Sewer Studs under the previous name “Forthright”Plumbing. Perhaps this is why they changed their name.

First time customer. Found leak on a Friday morning. Technician was on site by 1:30pm. Tech David was polite, and very knowledgeable. He quickly assessed the problem and had the parts on hand to do the repair on my mobile home. Price was reasonable.

Chase was very responsive and knew the issue and proce before coming out which gave me an idea of how much i would have to pay. I thank him for his knowledge and speedy repair!

Jose and David moved our hot water heater to the garage. They did an excellent job. We can always count on Olin for all our plumbing needs.

John got here and presented himself in a professional and cordial manner. He identified the problem and had the repair done quickly. He was careful to explain everything he was doing and cleaned up after himself. My entire experience was positive and I would definitely use them again if the need arose.
