Best Water Line Leak in Tampa FL

Can't be trusted.

7PM - The handle that turns on my shower broke and it was stuck shooting out hot water. I called Tony (probably during his dinner) he asked me to send a picture, so I did, and he was over to the house by 7:30PM. He fixed it in in roughly 20 minutes and it was a complicated Moen model where he had to replace a large part behind the plate in the wall. Shower handle works great now, better than before. So to recap - Tony was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and effective. He’s now officially the family plumber.

I'm so happy to have this neighborhood plumber! They have saved me a lot of trouble when it comes to cleaning drains. Their skill and commitment to their work are really admirable.

As far as residential is concerned, look elsewhere. After their work we had 3 gas leaks, clogged sewage, tub that separated from floor (was never even used) and the surcharge on supplies was outrageous.

It took a couple of visits, but Jim, the repair man found the tiny leak. The refrigerant had leaked out. All the labor and parts were under warranty (new unit came with a 1 year warranty). Jim was professional, worked the entire time and didn’t give up until he found the problem even when it took a couple of visits. I would absolutely recommend Jim and this company.

Do not use this company. This company came to unclog a toilet and run a camera and did not provide a written report or pictures and charged $588.00. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor and he stated that he would send his Technician Jose back out to provide pictures or a recording of the scope the next day. Well today Jose called and was very rude and patronizing and hung up on me. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor to let him know that I was going to dispute the charge because we did not get a report and he was loud and rude and stated they deal with people disputed their charges all of the time, which says a lot about this company. Do yourself a favor and never call this company for anything.

The owner and technician are very rude and they lie to their customers. Very untrustworthy, please don’t use this company. His response below are all lies.

Cyclone helped us with a small problem we had with our master bath. They worked hard and were upfront and honest. Tom was so nice! Great custom service. Alan and Dennis did amazingly fast work. Will definitely recommend and use them in the future.

Manny and his guys did a great job for my family. We had a water heater start leaking badly. The plumbing company that put the water heater in were too busy to come out and even help us. Fortunately, we found Lona Plumbing! Our old water heater was still under warranty. Manny worked with us to get a new water heater covered by the warranty and had the whole job completed with in 2 hours of us calling. Awesome Service and a great job!

They were available the very next day, and did the job for a fair price. Transparent and professional throughout.
