7PM - The handle that turns on my shower broke and it was stuck shooting out hot water. I called Tony (probably during his dinner) he asked me to send a picture, so I did, and he was over to the house by 7:30PM. He fixed it in in roughly 20 minutes and it was a complicated Moen model where he had to replace a large part behind the plate in the wall. Shower handle works great now, better than before. So to recap - Tony was responsive, friendly, knowledgeable, and effective. He’s now officially the family plumber.

We hired Gas Works to connect the natural gas from the house to an outdoor grill. They were very responsive from the beginning and all the way through. They were quick to schedule the work and the pricing was very appropriate. The two gentlemen that showed up to do the work were excellent; on time, professional, friendly, knew exactly what they were there to do and how they were going to do it. They completed the job quickly and to our satisfaction.

Called Larsen's this morning and they had a tech out the same afternoon. The tech's were wonderful, very neat and polite. Drain Pro did a great job of installing new water supply and drain lines for our home. Dwayne’s expertise in plumbing and his professionalism made the plumbing repairs and upgrade go as smooth as possible. Very fair price for work done to standards and satisfaction. This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Great Plumbing company. We had our hot water heater burst in the middle of the night and flood our kitchen. They answered the phone at 1 am and were out in about 45 minutes to shut off the heater. They then showed up early the next day to remove the old heater and replaced it with a new one. After drying out my kitchen and dining area, they then were able to give me a quote to resurface my floors and install new wood trim throughout my dining room.
I would certainly use this company again. They were not only life savers, but very friendly and professional.
