Best Water Heater in Tampa FL

Doing a renovation of my 900 sq ft apartment. called Charles hero/Sample plumbing. they failed to show up the first day to assess. on the 2nd day Gary the plumber was questioning me that this was a big job...and told me it was gonna cost me a lot of money. As if I were not able to afford the service. Mind you it's is a renovation of apartment and I wanted to move the kitchen sink a bit to the right. replace valves to washer dry hook-up and assure shower plumbing will not leak. He seemed as if he did not want to do the work/job. he said he would get back with me after he left. no calls back after 3 days...so I called the office and said I agreed and requested a day for the work to be done.....another 3 days past. and no scheduling for the work to be done...I called again and followed the directions for a date on there website. and still I am not assigned a date... I called the office again and the woman said she would have gary call me... and yet no call. I choose to call another business and the work was completed in one day....

We had an issue with our tankless water heater and Tony answered the call quickly and stated he could be here that same day after another job. He was courteous and kept in touch. He located the problem and fixed it that day. Who knew a gecko could get in a tankless water heater fan and cause so many issues. Will definitely use him in the future.

Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

Chris was great. Came out at midnight on a Sunday and helped get our backed up toilet/showers cleared up. He was quick and professional.

Needed my air conditioning fixed and have a special needs son and they came right away and were a better price than others than called.

Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

Dwayne is the man!!! We called late last night about a broken pipe, he was able to come out and fix it the next morning. Price was great! So I searched on here and found my way to Edenfield Plumbing. I needed some work a couple of toilets. I sent an email, got a response in like a minute advising me that I would receive a call from an analyst. Within a minute from that, I got a call from Mike. He asked me the problem and set an appointment for a couple of days out since it wasn't emergency work. This morning, Hunter shows up promptly for the appointment. Courteous, honest, kind. He explained AND SHOWED me what the problems were and finished up within a couple of hours. I did some shopping prior to calling them and I'm glad I made that last phone call. They were competitively priced, but service was OUTSTANDING! Thanks Kristy, Mike & Hunter! I'm in service type work myself, so I know what it should look like and you guys all surpassed expectations!
