Horrible service. Unprofessional and defiantly the crooks of the business. They wait till after the job is done to charge u the maximum price on invoice and leave u know choice but to pay the inflated price. Call other more professional company!

I highly recommend Excellent. Our hot water heater burst and they came out immediately. Very professional - this is a terrific family-owned company. They will be my first call for all plumbing needs.

I was referred to Cyclone by a friend who had large renovations done to his home previously. Tom came out and inspected the plumbing issue that I had reported with my home which included slow draining, occasional backups, and a smell coming from underneath our home (1920's bungalow in Seminole Heights). He quickly set a follow up appointment to have their team do a more accurate inspection to ensure we knew exactly what needed to be done. After we knew all of the issues that needed to be repaired, Tom gave me a straight forward and very fair price for work that would completely fix our plumbing issues. At no point was there any up-selling or pressure to add more services. He simply asked me after the full evaluation what would you like from us? They fixed exactly what they promised and didn't add any surprise fees or cost at the end. One thing that stood out for us is Cyclone never charged us until the job was complete, this includes the two times they came out before starting work to ensure that we knew what the source of the problems were. Most other companies will charge you just to come out and say hi. These guys are local and were very knowledgeable of the type of construction and common issues with this style home. My wife and I are very happy and would absolutely use them in the future with any other services we need that they offer.

Our garbage disposal died, and I called Bay Area Plumbing to fix it. They came out quickly, changed out the garbage disposal in no time, and were very friendly. I have also seen their involvement in the community and am glad to support a great company with a big heart!

Thank you to Olin Plumbing and Richard G. for outstanding service on 8/13/20 at my condo. We had a water value failure and the normal plumbing firm the condo association uses did not have an opening until Monday so they called Olin Plumbing and they were there within an hour and fixed the issue within two hours. Richard, their plumber, did a great job, was extremely professional and knew what he was doing. Everything was repaired and all cleaned up after he left. Great job Richard...highly recommended. I had a leak on a water line on the exterior of my house. 1st Choice responded quickly and was at my door in 45 minutes! Mr. Calhoun installed a new sink and faucet in my kitchen. He met a few unexpected problems (my house is over 50 years old),
