I had a bidet toilet from Canada that would not flush. I called the plumber company that installed it and a man came out. He said
he didn't know what was wrong and if he called the company, and when you called the wait time could be hours, his charge would be $200 per hour. I elected not to pay him to hold the phone, paid him $79 for coming, and said so long. I called the company myself and it was a hour and a half wait for a agent. I told them the problem and they said it was a flush valve and they would ship me the part for free. I waited about a week and the part arrived. I call Everyday Plumber and told them I had the part and the instructions for installing it. They sent a plumber the next day and he installed it in about 45 minutes.

Skylar showed up within the allotted timeframe. He was friendly and professional. He clearly explained the cost involved with fixing the issue and fixed it in a timely fashion and cleaned up after himself.

We were sure our A/C needed repair because the thermostat did not seem to be registering the right temp. After Giovanni checked it out thoroughly
he assured us the a/c has nothing wrong with it but we probably would be wise to reinstall insulation in our attic which would lower our electric billl and help the a/c over the long run.

We bought a house with a very abused septic tank. I had another company come out and drain my septic tank, try to get it working right. It backed up again and I called these guys. The first company had done a terrible job of cleaning it out. These guys pulled all kinds of garbage and gunk out of it. Did a few minor repairs and had it working again. The best part was they were very knowledgeable. They were able to clearly explain all my options to me, how much each option was and what were the pros and cons. I was able to make a decision that I knew was economical and would get us working again.
