Alvarez plumbing came to home and placed a small band-aid on my plumbing issue for not a small price! then rescheduled to find out the cause of the real problem for an additional large cost. I called 2 other plumbing companies after they left to find out the cost of what they did and it would be a quarter of the cost. how can they get away with this. $400 to snake the pipe and then come back and charge $300 for a camera seems astronomical when another company quoted me $300 for snaking with camera use. Seems unethical to just take advantage of someone when they are going through a home emergency. regardless i am not using them for the camera diagnostic as i see this will most likely escalate into larger cost.

Maurice came out to replace a water valve. He did it expertly and efficiently in record time. I would definitely recommend him and the company for all of your plumbing needs.

Tampa Bay Plumbing did the installation of our gas tankless hot water heater via Clearwater Gas on June 5 2020. We just got natural gas service in our neighborhood recently. They did a great job. Very professional, courteous & friendly. Our water heater is working fantastically We are very happy and would call them should we need any other plumbing services.

Trenchless Sewer Line Repairs made my house livable again. For a year, I had issues with my cast iron plumbing and the insurance decided they did not want to pay. John and his team came, did a flawless repair and the best thing is that I did not have to leave my house. Relocating washer and dryer- Did not complete initial service. Did not install the dryer vent, then they said it wasn’t part of the job. Refused to complete the job. Poor workmanship with the work they did. We are very unsatisfied.
