Tony actually not only arrived on time but he arrived early. Straight to the point he replaced the garbage disposal and he had a comparable replacement in his truck which is unusual for most companies. Had the replacement part, replaced it and no messing around. Very, very happy with his services and he is very pleasant.

Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

If you're looking for technicians for plumbing work/repair PJ & John are the guys for the job. If I need any HVAC system maintenance again I'll ask for them by name, good dudes with great work ethics/moral compass. I highly recommend John & PJ.

I’m so glad I called this company to come out to my place of business. I called them last night to send someone out to repair an issue I had and they sent someone the following day. They would have sent someone the same day but I told them not to only because we were closed. Everyone who I encountered during this time was very professional from scheduling my repair to repairing the problem. The guys who came out were very polite and knowledgeable in their field. They were able to find the problem in less than five minutes and had everything repaired in under an hour. I like how the owner of the company came out as well to make sure everything was going well. Their prices were not astronomically high which was also good. I would definitely recommend this company for any plumbing related work. They earned my business for any future plumbing work. This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!
