i’m sorry, but i feel like this is necessary. i have had probably every service person at this company come out and work on my system, with no resolve of the issues every time.. i have a small child in the house and the fan just blows moldy , musty smelling air constantly. i am not sure if anyone knows what they’re doing here because they continue coming out and not resolving the problems!!! where are the professionals,we need our system working properly!!!? my daughter has health issues becuse of the air quality!. ready to sell the home and move out to get away from this ac system. every room smells like wet dog when the fan is not blowing , the entire unit in the garage stays soaking wet, air is leaking from the sides and the fan blows constantly with the grossest wet smelling air. if the house isn’t on 70 , it’s not tolerable inside and we all start coughing when we come inside. sad sad sad

Called Larsen's this morning and they had a tech out the same afternoon. The tech's were wonderful, very neat and polite. I found a leak in my upstairs bathtub. I called True Plumber on Saturday morning and spoke with the on call representative. About 30 minutes later Joel with True Plumber called me. He was very friendly and informed me there would be a $100 charge for coming out. He also informed me he was wrapping up another job and would be be at my home within an hour. Joel was very friendly upon arrival and informed me he had a co-worker Chad who would be on his way as well. Joel informed me Chad was very friendly and had been with the company for quite sometime and could assist me with the dry wall damage. Joel did a quick look over and pulled out a price book. He believed the job would be about $650 plus $100 service fee. Joel went to work quickly he created an access hole behind the tub to get to the pipe and one on the lower floor below the tub. He filled the tub, and found the leak, he replaced the pipe and refilled the tub to test the leak was repaired. I was also pleased that Joel created an access door behind the tub. This meant I did not need dry wall repair behind the tub and I would have permanent access to the pipe. He was diligent to take photos during the process and to ensure problem was resolved. Joel also cleaned up after himself.

Jimmy, you came and achieved your goal of proposing your new Home Warranty Business, and your financing business, all the while we were needing your help for our specific problem with AHS and our HVAC.
You did the minimum inspection in under 5 minutes, and I still had to call you office to get the official written proposal you were to send to AHS.
Perhaps you were following orders, perhaps this is your MO, but honestly, you shouldn't have charged for the service call. You did not connect with us as to our specific problem, nor comply with our instructions on how your proposal needed to be itemized.
I personally think you are a good guy, just not doing things exactly as you know they should be. I think there's a moral code that all good men follow, and I think for reasons only you know, you haven't been doing that at this time.
I can be wrong. Only my take.

Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

My Grandma had a backed up sewer line on Friday afternoon. She was a mess, carpets were wet, water everywhere. We called 6 other plumbers, big names too, some didn't answer, others were not able to come until Saturday afternoon. Drain Flo was number 7 on the list, was greeted with a very friendly woman on the phone who apologized for the horrible situation . I told her what was happening and she said she could have someone here within the hour. Dwayne arrived shortly after, very nice guy, immediately knew what was wrong and explained what he was going to do and how he was going to do it. Up he went on to the roof, a few minutes later all water levels went down. He came in and checked that everything was flowing as it should and gave a 30 day no question warranty. Dwayne was very nice to my Grandma and set her mind at ease. Can't thank Dwayne and Drainflo enough. You guys are great!!

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

Llona is everything you want in a plumbing service. It's easy to make an appointment, they are available 24/7, the call-backs are quick and courteous. They arrive when they say they will, and are respectful of your home (laying down mats for their work area and entryways). We've used them twice- to replace a broken pipe, and clear out a nasty kitchen sink clog- and I'll use them again if needed.

I called at 8:30 am for our sink problem, they arrived at 9:15 am, and I was washing dishes by 11 am. Would highly recommend them for anyone!
