Best Plumbing Emergency in Tampa FL

They installed a new kitchen faucet and fixed my toilets! They did a very professional job and kept everything clean while they were doing it. I’m very impressed with this company.

KENT , Was a blessing in a very unlucky situation.
I had a pvc pipe crack in the gest bathroom & flooded half of my house. I called True Plummers for a ASAP job, they had Kent at my door in no time to get the job done! He was very informative & professional! He had me back up & running within the hour! Thank you Kent! Where do I start? I had a leak underneath my kitchen sink. I also had to replace my laundry room faucet. They sent over plumber Joseph Bates and he completely fumbled the ball. He tried to convince me that he was 100% certain the leak was coming from 5 different places. His original estimate was $1,600 to replace the entire plumbing underneath the kitchen sink and to change the laundry room faucet. The price sounded ridiculous.

Thank God I got a second opinion from another company. It turned out the leak was only coming from the kitchen faucet, not the 5 spots Joseph swore by. So I ended up changing my kitchen faucet and laundry room faucet for $290. Far from the $1,600 price gouge from Mr. Bates.

So far it’s been 2 weeks, leak free. 🙂

Jhon was early and very knowledgeable he explain what he was going to do he did everything he said he was courteous he finished the job cleaned up his mess got their payment, thank me and said if I had any problems just give them a call.

TECO made a train wreck out of installing a natural gas regulator. They damaged my copper gas line and stated they weren't responsible for it. Elite Plumbing made several trips to my house to rectify all of the issues. Elite Plumbing stayed after hours to get the job completed so we could cook and have hot water again. The price was very reasonable and professionalism was exemplary! Don't regret calling the big chain plumbers, give Elite Plumbing a shot!
