Just nice people. From the office guy to the plumber that came out. Did a fine job at my rental house and were nice to deal with. Will use again.

BEWARE: They charge you by the hour the moment the plumber is dispatched. So in my case it cost me $135 for him to just drive to my house before he had even started on the actual job. Thank god he didn't get stuck in traffic! Seriously. I hate feeling ripped off especially when you are in a situation where you need help. I don't like companies that find sneaky ways to get even more money out of you instead of simply charging you for the work done. I won't be calling this company again. Maybe I wouldn't have felt so ripped off if the travel charge wasn't the same as the expert labor charge.

I found a leak in my upstairs bathtub. I called True Plumber on Saturday morning and spoke with the on call representative. About 30 minutes later Joel with True Plumber called me. He was very friendly and informed me there would be a $100 charge for coming out. He also informed me he was wrapping up another job and would be be at my home within an hour. Joel was very friendly upon arrival and informed me he had a co-worker Chad who would be on his way as well. Joel informed me Chad was very friendly and had been with the company for quite sometime and could assist me with the dry wall damage. Joel did a quick look over and pulled out a price book. He believed the job would be about $650 plus $100 service fee. Joel went to work quickly he created an access hole behind the tub to get to the pipe and one on the lower floor below the tub. He filled the tub, and found the leak, he replaced the pipe and refilled the tub to test the leak was repaired. I was also pleased that Joel created an access door behind the tub. This meant I did not need dry wall repair behind the tub and I would have permanent access to the pipe. He was diligent to take photos during the process and to ensure problem was resolved. Joel also cleaned up after himself.

Frank evaluated the failed system quickly, and then Dan cam out and installed the new system in just a few hours - and it was an awkward installation on the 3rd floor. Very helpful and professional.

Well, I found me a new plumber! For 2 weeks now I've had the slowest shower drain in town. I say had because Excellent Plumbing Services sent out their team and opened it right up.They arrived on time, worked efficiently, and charged a fair, affordable price. THANK YOU Greg and Peter! This family-owned business lives up to its name--they ARE Excellent!!

We had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night on a Friday, and after calling nearly 20 other plumbers, I found Drain Flo. One phone call was all it took at nearly 1:30am for Dwayne came to our house. When he got here, he immediately went to work diagnosing the issue and working out a fix.

The fix he proposed wasn’t an easy one. It required him to be uncomfortable and work in a tightly-cramped area (how our house was constructed made the repair nearly inaccessible).

Instead of going with an expensive fix that required the removal and reinstallation of our water heater, Dwayne chose a repair that was less expensive and more physically demanding on him in order to help stay within my family’s budget.

That’s the kind of man he is. Dwayne didn’t have to work out a creative and cost-effective solution for our family, but he did it because he’s a good man and runs his business in the most honest way you might imagine.

I cannot speak highly enough of his service, demeanor, professionalism, work quality, and- most importantly for me- his moral compass.

Dwayne has found himself a new customer and an evangelist for his business. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I've used Flow Pros twice in one week! The first time to replace my garbage disposal and fix a squeaky faucet. The second time to install a water softener and filter. I got text/emails alerts to prepare for my visit and an e-mail invoice afterward. There was no pressure by them to buy/replace something. I was able to get some items done at the time of getting a quote. The young man (Josh or Jared) was friendly and took the time to explain everything. I wish every service/company I worked with was like Flow Pros. I highly recommend them.

THIS COMPANY IS TRULY GREAT!!! A small leak sprang up under our kitchen sink last night, ugh! We waited until the morning to find a plumber. I looked up Christian plumbers on google and Everyday Plumber came up on the list as one of the top three. There was no indication if they are a Christian based company, but they sure did act like it! What helped me make my decision to trust them and call were the other really great reviews I saw about them on multiple review sites. So, they were able to squeeze me in same day because there had been a previous cancellation, thank you Jesus! To make a long story short, we decided to have them replace all the hot and cold angle stops and install new braided supplies to faucet and dishwasher. Unfortunately, the pipe broke in Adam's hand AND IT WAS NOT HIS FAULT. This is NOT the first time we've had problems with our pipes in this house! It is the 4th and the problem is the shoddy workmanship allowed by Mercedes Home Builders who built this home. How can I be sure, because we are not the only house on our block who've had shoddy pipes, no shower pan, no insulation in the attic, ETC...Anyway Adam ended up with a bigger job on his hands. He handled himself calmly and professionally. He ended up having to call for reinforcements, due to the poor design of the house and what it would entail to get the job done right. So, Joel to the aide. These two men were here almost all day and because of their great personalities it NEVER felt like an inconvenience. Both Adam and Joel were professional, friendly, courteous, competent, resourceful, meticulous, patient, and relaxed. So, I never felt uncomfortable in my home while they completed the big task before them, and I agree that they brought the family owned feel to my home and with two young kids here that was important. Also, I'd like to add, as their advertisement suggests, they ARE HONEST AND AFFORDABLE, hopefully as Everyday Plumber grows they will be able to stay affordable. I had to speak with Mike, the owner, about a pricing question and Mike made himself available to take my call. He was respectful, conscientious, flexible, and caring! Oh, one more thing, okay, maybe two; Adam and Joel had to put a hole in my wall to fix the pipe and ensure a bigger problem didn't happen with the poor quality of pipes Mercedes Home put in our home. The hole was thoughtfully made, not too big but big enough for them to get their job done right. AND then, when they were done, Joel helped me mend the wall. Now, he confessed he's not a drywall expert, but I feel he did a great job! I was left to sand it, but that is totally fine, I know how to do that and I never expected a plumber to fix my drywall when the issue was the pipes, NOT Everyday Plumber's FAULT, please hear me in this, okay? Anyway the final price was very fair! I am ecstatic with the service! Adam and Joel are already like family. I WILL HIRE THIS COMPANY AGAIN! I DO HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY! Tampa Plumbing Company provided the best customer service I’ve experienced in years. We had a significant leak in our kitchen and our tech David (who remembered us from prior service) showed up promptly and quickly fixed the leak. Great guy! Also, the price charged made me feel like a valued long time customer. Nothing but good things to say about this company!
