Drain Pro did a great job of installing new water supply and drain lines for our home. Dwayne’s expertise in plumbing and his professionalism made the plumbing repairs and upgrade go as smooth as possible. Very fair price for work done to standards and satisfaction. We had a stopped up sink, I called the office and had a plumber at my door within 20 minutes. (during normal business hours) Chris came into the house listened to the situation and what I had already done said he was going up on the roof to snake it out. 10 minutes later he was done and everything worked great. Fernando, David, and Javier came to my house to replace an old blue Polybuteline water supply line with PEX. From the estimate stage Fernando presented himself as a knowledgeable professional. The estimate was very reasonable for the job. I was impressed and made sure he did the installation as well. The office staff was very friendly and assured me that he would be the one sent to do the job. He and his team arrived on the day of service on time and ready to work. Even though I had a pretty good idea what needed to be done, Fernando made sure I was advised every step of the way. When the job was completed, surprisingly fast I might add, I turned on all the faucets and found great water pressure--definitely better than that old leaky blue Poly pipe! And the BEST part? When I inspected the work in the yard it almost looked like no-one had been out there, even though I saw them digging, etc through the ivy, taking up the pavers, removing shrubbery and granite ground cover!!
