Doing a renovation of my 900 sq ft apartment. called Charles hero/Sample plumbing. they failed to show up the first day to assess. on the 2nd day Gary the plumber was questioning me that this was a big job...and told me it was gonna cost me a lot of money. As if I were not able to afford the service. Mind you it's is a renovation of apartment and I wanted to move the kitchen sink a bit to the right. replace valves to washer dry hook-up and assure shower plumbing will not leak. He seemed as if he did not want to do the work/job. he said he would get back with me after he left. no calls back after 3 days...so I called the office and said I agreed and requested a day for the work to be done.....another 3 days past. and no scheduling for the work to be done...I called again and followed the directions for a date on there website. and still I am not assigned a date... I called the office again and the woman said she would have gary call me... and yet no call. I choose to call another business and the work was completed in one day....

Scoped the drains for the toilets and showers and did a fabulous job and will come back on Monday to get everything cleaned out the scaling on the cast-iron pipes. Fabulous person.

Our Aunt is 76 years old and her kitchen sink would not drain. She has been doing dishes in the bathroom sink for 4 months because she was afraid that she couldn't afford a plumber since she lives on a fixed income. Like other reviewers said, get charged from the time they dispatch the call and the price they charge per hour is way over priced, especially sense it took them 40 minutes to get to my house. They did 10 minutes worth of work just to tell me that it would cost over 1000 dollars just to replace one valve and I would have to pay another company to patch the drywall. I did the repair myself for 130 dollars worth of parts. I will never use them again and I will tell everyone I know to not use them.

If you're looking for technicians for plumbing work/repair PJ & John are the guys for the job. If I need any HVAC system maintenance again I'll ask for them by name, good dudes with great work ethics/moral compass. I highly recommend John & PJ.

This is by far the best plumbing service I’ve EVER gotten. He does jetting service, sprinklers installments, my water heater stop working and he made sure by noon I’d had water and sure enough I had it. What a great guy and company!

I have used Llona three times at two different properties and had nothing but a GREAT experience each time --- totally break the contractor sterotype. The first time I had a leaky valve at the day of closing for a property I was selling -- they came out and got it fix just as they said they would. Although they knew I was desperate, they didnt take advantage of the situation.

Most recently, they did the piping for our addition and remodel -- which included replacing all of the cast iron and copper piping on the 'old' side of the house. They did great work cutting up all of the slab and, through some clever expertise, managed to save our main bathroom that was recently remodeled before we purchased the house -- saving us thousands of dollars. In fact, our GC was so impressed he said he is using LLona as his default going forward.

Genuinely... couldn't recommend a better plumber and all of the person I have interfaced with have simply been great!
