I was standing outside talking about the problem with my neighbor they pulled up 10 min after I called them!!!

Technician Joseph Reinhardt did a plumbing repair at the condo where my daughter lives. Coordinated with me (living in michigan). Service was prompt. He was very personable. Repair was quick and fairly priced. Would recommend and will call again if necessary.

Had a leak in my outside waterline. John came out 4 hours after I called to fix the leak so I could turn my water back on. His work was very efficient and excellent quality. The job was done for a reasonable price. A true professional, I would certainly recommend his services.

Tony was great. He was patient understanding and hardworking. Even when Choice Home Warranty was lousy and unresponsive he still did the work. Thanks Tony.

I found a leak in my upstairs bathtub. I called True Plumber on Saturday morning and spoke with the on call representative. About 30 minutes later Joel with True Plumber called me. He was very friendly and informed me there would be a $100 charge for coming out. He also informed me he was wrapping up another job and would be be at my home within an hour. Joel was very friendly upon arrival and informed me he had a co-worker Chad who would be on his way as well. Joel informed me Chad was very friendly and had been with the company for quite sometime and could assist me with the dry wall damage. Joel did a quick look over and pulled out a price book. He believed the job would be about $650 plus $100 service fee. Joel went to work quickly he created an access hole behind the tub to get to the pipe and one on the lower floor below the tub. He filled the tub, and found the leak, he replaced the pipe and refilled the tub to test the leak was repaired. I was also pleased that Joel created an access door behind the tub. This meant I did not need dry wall repair behind the tub and I would have permanent access to the pipe. He was diligent to take photos during the process and to ensure problem was resolved. Joel also cleaned up after himself.

The toilet was clogged. The technician, Javier Santiago, fixed the issue in 5 minutes. I would not hesitate to call them again for other services I may need.

This company is always reliable and professional and has very fair rates. My family and I use them for all our plumbing needs, we highly recommend Excellent Plumbing.

Had a leaky pipe that needed to be repaired. Easy to schedule. Did a quality repair job for a good price. Very nice technician. Would definitely use their services the next time I have plumbing needs. Much better than the other plumbing companies I have worked with in the past.

Called to snake kitchen drain. Was told I would be informed when they were on the way. Called when they arrived at the house. Told me it was 330 to snake drain. I told them the management company probably wouldn’t approve that amount but I would call them. He immediately got rude and hateful and said he wasn’t waiting around if they weren’t going to approve it. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY. Rude and disrespectful and they’ve don’t do what they say.
He said I’m not charging you an Afterhours fee however he was wanting to charge 330 for a simple kitchen drain snake. What a joke!

They sent a Technician by the name of Hunter and he was fantastic. He answered all of my questions and was very nice and very clean. He wore foot booties without me asking and was overall just awesome. We will request him in the future and we highly recommend Edenfield and Hunter.
