Best Plumbing Needs in Tampa FL

I thought I knew what to do but turns out I didn't. I called and they were there in hours to help me install and reroute pipes for my bathroom vanity. All around great people and affordable prices. Would recommend them on any plumbing need.

It took a couple of visits, but Jim, the repair man found the tiny leak. The refrigerant had leaked out. All the labor and parts were under warranty (new unit came with a 1 year warranty). Jim was professional, worked the entire time and didn’t give up until he found the problem even when it took a couple of visits. I would absolutely recommend Jim and this company.

Do not use this company. This company came to unclog a toilet and run a camera and did not provide a written report or pictures and charged $588.00. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor and he stated that he would send his Technician Jose back out to provide pictures or a recording of the scope the next day. Well today Jose called and was very rude and patronizing and hung up on me. I spoke to the owner Dwayne Taylor to let him know that I was going to dispute the charge because we did not get a report and he was loud and rude and stated they deal with people disputed their charges all of the time, which says a lot about this company. Do yourself a favor and never call this company for anything.

The owner and technician are very rude and they lie to their customers. Very untrustworthy, please don’t use this company. His response below are all lies.

Carlos did an excellent job repairing our toilet Intetior & replacing the toilets valve on the wall. He also helped us replace some valves on an old sink that had been leaking for a while. He was on time & so professional. I would highly recommend using this company for any of your plumbing needs.

Best out of several quotes on water heater replacement. Very responsive at the beginning and got me scheduled for the very next day. Quick and professional installation.

TBP has probably the friendliest. I was worried for finding the right service. The companies I had contacted before did not give me the valuable service I had been hoping for. Payne came right out and fixed my problem amazingly. They will be my go to call for any more problems.

Only hire them if you want some of the worst quality work

After breaking off the shower stem while trying to replace a Moen shower cartridge, I called 1st choice in a panic. I could not turn on the water to my home due to my problem. Matt, the owner, dropped what he was doing and came out and repaired my shower valve. I'm truly amazed that he was able to get the damaged stem out without destroying the entire valve. I now have his number stored in my phone for future use.
